Magic seems an obvious oversight, no?

Kidd?

Maybe Stockton?

If I had to guess who didn't belong I would guess Dirk and maybe KG.

They both played a ton of games. 5th and 8th all time.

Yah. Ewing was really good.

by DodgerIrish

I just don't think of them as top of the league rebounders and/or getting more than say 3.5 assists (and unless wrong I think of Dirk as closer to 3 on the high end).

KG wasn't that prolific of a scorer either.

Lebron 26.9/7.5/7.4 in 1603 games = 66,840

Kareem 24.6/11.2/3.6 in 1560 games = 61,527

Karl Malone 25.0/10.1/3.6 in 1462 games = 57,144

Magic 19.5/7.2/11.2 in 906 games = 34,407 (not enough games)

Garnett 17.8/10.0/3.7 in 1462 games = 46,178

Dirk 20.7/7.5/2.4 in 1522 games = 46,700

Westbrook 20.9/6.9/8.0 in 1292 games = 46,293

Jordan 30.1/6.2/5.3 in 1062 games = 44,597

Duncan 19.0/10.8/3.0 in 1392 games = 45,812

Carmelo 22.5/6.2/2.7 in 1262 games = 39,519

Barkley 22.1/11.7/3.9 in 1073 games = 40,518

Jason Kidd 12.6/6.3/8.7 in 1391 games = 38,345

Robert Parish 14.5/9.1/1.4 in 1611 games = 40,229

Ewing below 21/9.8/1.9 in 1183 games = 38,629

Stockton 13.1/2.7/10.5 in 1504 games = 39,568

Not in order, doing quick math in my head on these guys mentioned so far in rough order. Proud to.do things the old fashioned way, no AI and no calculator. Maybe someone else wants to.fix the order and find some missing players in this group.

got Spurs 70-1 to title Preseason
and on Oct 23rd, I saw they were 45-1 and sensed it still had value so took them again then

they are currently 10-1 on DK

Luka and Lebron are terrible together. Two whiners that play zero defense

Of all of LeBron’s teammates, which would you say were the best and worst fits? Would you say overall that LeBron makes his teammates better or worse?

by FellaGaga-52

Who leads the all-time "points + rebounds + assists" stat?? Let me guess:LeBronKareemChamberlainWestbrookKarl MaloneGarnettOscarJordanKobeDirkDuncanMosesDurantHardenShaqHakeemWho am I leaving out of the Top 15 and who doesn't belong? Too bad we can't include blocked shots across the years. I've heard it said that extrapolated for Chamberlain from the games that are on film, it

Someone asked Bill Russell about his & Wilt’s blocked shot numbers and he laughed and said, “I used to block three shots on one play!”

Jerry West would’ve had a ton a steals.

Lakers should trade Luka in the offseason and build around Reaves.

Am surprised that I would ever agree with you, but this 100%

It's bizarre that Luka is high on all the MVP lists. He has the highest usage and 2nd highest fga and highest fta in the league. He has a supporting cast that should be decent. And yet his team isn't impressive and is losing to mediocre teams now. No way he should be in MVP discussions even if Jokic, Wemby, and Shai all fall short of the games required.

The Lakers were a much better team with a healthy Davis last year than they are with Luka and other upgrades like Smart this year. The only reason they 'won' that supposedly historic ripoff trade is because Davis is always injured again. Lakers were a legit contender with a healthy Davis, they haven't looked like one at all since that deal.

Magic didn't play nearly long enough.

He’s declining in what should be his physical peak.

He doesn’t play the right way. Whines worse than LeBron (which says a lot). And if his step back 3 isnt falling he usually has a hard time scoring.

He’s the basketball equivalent of fools gold.

by Rococo

Magic didn't play nearly long enough.

Yeah, all-time leader in assists pre-Stockton threw me.

When it comes to that points+rebounds+assists thing, points are really the key. A guy like Jordan gets 30 a game. A 20/10 Duncan type guy needs points+rebounds just to match that.

So guys like Carmelo Anthony and Steph Curry rack up a bigger score much more easily than a rebounder type like a Dwight Howard.

It was interesting to think about how many a player racks up per game. LeBron at 27/7/7 racks up 40+ per game. Jordan 40+ also. A guy like Ewing at 21/10/2 racks up 33 per game. Stockton who scores low on points and rebounds can't make up enough ground on assists to be in upper echelon, even with top end longevity.

Points

Assists

Rebounds

I don't believe your comparison is astronomically accurate.

Luka will never win a title.

Cooper Flagg will never win a title
