Are the games tougher during a snow storm?
I looked on Bravo and there is only one table going at 11:30 AM Monday at Parx, 2-2 PLO. There is a state of emergency and it is illegal to drive.
Does that make the games tougher or easier? More pros or more degenerates?

I don’t know if it makes the game tougher, but it certainly makes table selection tougher. You’re stuck with whatever game there is and with whoever shows up.
I've dealt a bunch of those games at a different NE casino. It's kind of random, but generally speaking the games are good. Think of the type of person who would choose to ride out a storm in a casino instead of taking care of their home/family. Not a lot of nits in that group. The only problem is sometimes they run out of rebuys and the game breaks.

Yep.
I haven't dealt a ton of these type of games, but enough.
You are in a situation where people HAVE to want to be there. They are the people who have regular jobs and only have one day off and are going to the casino hell or highwater looking to get their gamble on. Regs have a choice. They are there multiple days a week. If one day is inconvenient (due to a do not drive directive) it doesn't matter to them. They will be there other days.
