[extracted] New(?) 9-11 stuff

KSM got a plea deal. The guy who supposedly masterminded the 9/11 attacks is not getting the death penalty.

If you still

Anyway, Billy Goat Boy, if you got something you want to posit, posit it. Whether you're right or not doesn't depend on whether your interlocutors a priori know something or other. You can say "this is what I believe the 3 components of an experiment should be and the experiments you rely on for believing ABC are lacking for reasons XYZ" and if someone disagrees, they can pipe

You think an observation classifies, at least some of the time, as an experiment. And you want the benefit of my contribution? What is the point.

Experiment you say?
What are the three NECESSARY elements for an experiment please. (

What are the four types of experiments?

by Trolly McTrollson m

Of course it matters. That's why it's weird Billy doesn't know them.

You are searching for answers from me but i gave you the tools already.

I didn't give you a fish. That would sustain you for a mere day.

I gave you the fishing rod.

That's a loaded question sir.

I know the answer already. I'm trying to see if you do, and it seems you don't.

I thought the point was that you wanted to pass on the benefits of your knowledge and wisdom to us unwashed masses?

That's a loaded question sir.

How so? Do you not like the answer?

I'm surprised you don't value the study of empty space, Billy Boy, seeing as there's so much of it between your ears.

"Destruction of the empty spaces is my one and only crime"

This is a great thread. We should make it into a musical

I nominate two tracks so far:

"Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band" for obvious reasons
"A National Acrobat" Black sabbath as above

by Didace m

How so? Do you not like the answer?

I even need to define a loaded question to point out you have asked a loaded question you are blissfully unaware you asked?

Q1. How many types of experiment are there?

A1. One.

Therefore the second question is malformed.

Maybe you're the one who needs to revisit BBC bitesize?

There is no point to any of your contributions.

Ok i'll tell you one thing about the Sun. The thermonuclear model is falsified by coronal and photospheric temperatures. See Ralph Juergens and Hannes Alfven. It is because of the time required for Darwinian evolution that we are lumbered with the thermonuclear Sun despite it failing observations.

Sent from my SM-A366B using Tapatalk

Can you tell me two things about the sun? I asked what size and how far away it is and you used a bunch of impressive words to tell me the sun is powered the wrong way.

I obviously get that you think that. We are past that. I am curious as to your opinion what size and distance you believe it to be. If you don't want to share your opinion than don't argue something else to keep the juice flowing. We have deuces for that.

Bro there are FOUR types of experiments and I bet you can't name them all.

He knows both types of gravitation though. Regular and space sciency.

Aaahh, you went and told him the answer. How is he ever going to learn for himself?

Slapped him right upside the head with the fish.

If I knew I would have said when asked. See I answer questions, if asked in good faith.

There are methods to measure the distance to the Sun and hence its true size. I would not put much stock in such methodology. I am not entirely convinced by the temperature measurements either, but if they are to be believed then the thermonuclear model is wrong. And that has ramifications for Darwin and the rest of it. We aren't ready for this level of scientific revolution. Not yet.

So could it be, like, closer than the moon, but just really small? I mean, if it's electric, it could just be like a big light bulb, maybe 10 miles away or so? Like a lighthouse in the sky. The more I think about it, the more it makes sense.

Come on man, dude's come up with his own theory of gravity, I think you're asking a bit much.

I prefer the original

Where does it go at night, though? It can't go under the (flat) Earth, because there's turtles in the way. And why does the night travel across the (flat) Earth the way that it does?
