Investing in a Condominium Complex in South America Bolivia

Sup guys, I haven't been around the community for years now but i remembered the group of fine gentleman here on 2+2 and thought maybe someone might be interested in investing in my Condominium Complex in Bolivia or give me some ideas, tips etc.

Background:
So, i haven't played professionally for over 4 years now but was a pro for 12+ continuous years midstakes mainly and ended up residing here in bolivia south america since 2011 after the black friday event that year in April. I've got dual citizenship with the united states as i'm american really but came here to stay with my grandfather to continue playing.

The investment:
I ended up investing on my own land building a 4 story condo complex that's ~40% done. I've finished the stores which are mine and currently rent them, and i've finished one condo which is where i currently live. I need to build 16 condos, lobby, and terrace. However, I’m looking for investors or anyone that’s interested in even living in one if they’d like. There is roughly a 10% ROI. I have all the plan for the completion of the project (it’s in Spanish) I’ll provide a picture but I got video footage, and photos of the building if interested as well. I need about $350k total to finish the project in it’s entirety. There are two malls with a movie theatre within a 2 mile radius, plenty of transportation, restaurants, and in probably the second richest part of town (Las Palmas) in Santa Cruz Bolivia. There is full golf course just 2 blocks away as well. The area is growing quickly so should continue to be going up in value. I am also thinking to manage AirBnb's for people here as an option since it's what I planned to do to begin with.

At my rate of income I cannot accumulate the necessary money to complete the condos and currently cannot go back to the US as I’m trying to get a visa for my wife which will take roughly 2 years.

So, I’m looking for ideas, tips, recommendations, or anyone who want’s to jump onboard to help me complete this and get a %.

I know this is a serious post, but I can't help it.

I’ve been reading this thread with real interest because I’ve actually been considering investing in property in South America for a while. I know Bolivia’s urban real estate market has been growing steadily — cities like La Paz and Santa Cruz are seeing more housing demand and multi-family developments these days.

I love a good shady investment for low returns, but 3rd world real estate plays that involve associations and other stakeholders who are local and may or may not be on the up and up leaves a lot to be desired. Especially when renting is cheap as balls

10% ROI? You can invest in MUCH safer investments for the same ROI(SP500). Maybe you can finish that for 350k maybe you can't - it looks like you're starting at ground 0 with that build.
