NL5-NL50 +6,6bb/100 grinder stat improvement project. What would you improve in my stats?
Hi everyone, I'm new here.
I'm trying to get better and I decided to buy a solver and try to find some leaks in my game and hopefully make moving to mid stakes easier this year.
Here are my positional stats from the last two years:

What stats would you improve and why? And how would you study it in GTO Wizard? I have zero experience in GTO.
I'm trying to study at least 20-30% of my time I use for poker this year. I think i'm out of ideas this point and I really appreciate any help I can get.

3bet is too low, so star by study that esp in late positions, 4bet same thing. After that flop XR should be at least 13% if note more. You probably don't raise any thin value and weak draws.
Wow, you did all that without a solver? What did you use to get better? I'm trying to climb out of the micros.
I wonder if im missing something, but wwsf 38% seems insane to me - how do you even win?

Most of it comes from just playing a ton of hands. I used range charts and compared my stats to some better players stats at my level or Googled online and try to fix one thing at a time. Also watching some YT videos helped me a lot.

I have no idea, but I think winning a ton of pots at showdown. My went to showdown 29%, Won at showdown 54,3%. My red line looks very bad because I'm too passive. I'll try to fix my game raising more post flop.

You are leaving tons of value on the streets when your WWSF is 38. I'd say solid is around 48-51 for WWSF. XRaise Flop in GTO is 15% (10% for raise IP), so you are way below that. Raising as bluff and to get more money into the pot has it's benefits. You shouldn't only focus on that obv. Spots like flop cbet, when it's checked twice to you or when it's checked through to the river, are contesting you these spots? You seem to do a lot right when it goes to showdown, no it's time to improve in the spots where you go to showdown, aware that you'll loose and think how and if these pots can go towards you.
Regarding low 3bet, yes, in theory it's too low (you should aim for about 10% 3bet), but I assume these hands are all NL2 and 5. Players on these limits massively underfold vs 3bets. The GTO-3bet with K8s from the BB against an EP-RFI is in the solver-world a breakeven/slightly-winning-move, on NL2 or 5 you are burning money with that. Have done some MDA for Micros, people underfold vs 3bets but also don't 4bet enough. So f.e. instead 3betting polarized from the BB - what's sound theory - you should aim more for a merged range.
The 5NL regs. massively overfold to 3 bets after they open in LP.
I would also lower your open raise from EP (18% vpip is a bit to high) I play Rush cash and the 3-bets freq are going up there so tightening your open range from EP could also help. try to fix your xraise on BB vs BTN spots. that is a nice starting point to focus on.
Up those 3bet and Raise Flop stats
forget about fixing stats. yours stats will improve if you play foundamentally sound poker. Learn theory, learn why certain hand classes would prefer betting or checking. build up your range and range your opponents. learn to exploit.
