I folded the river but the more I think about the spot, the more I think villain may have just had AK w a ♥ or even an overpair w a ♥ they've turned into a bluff.
What flushes go b75 flop, X turn?
Would they really jam TT for 200bb?
I could see them bet AK/AQ w a ♥ on the flop tring to fold out my 2 overcard hands, X turn and then jam river blocking nut flush vs my small bet
Solver thinks it's a 50/50 call/fold but I feel like in real life people would barrel their FDs on the turn more than solver does
Would you call or fold?

Interesting hand. I believe some players will find the flush draw check back on the turn. After all you just called a big bet on the flop and the turn card is not the best for their range. For example I play too passive in general and I'm sure I would check back the nut flush draw here pretty often.
I guess river is an unfrequent call in theory, vs an unknown microstakes opponent I would fold 100% and not lose my sleep.
Well played, fold river in 0.001 second and post more interesting hands on 2p2 lol.
Not gross
