Nukes: good or bad for online poker?

Or in other words:
would online poker survive WW3?

Say it's a fairly moderate, rapid nuclear war, with heavy casualties on both sides. The world feels like it's falling apart even though it's moreorless still functioning. And while things are bleak, it's definitely not over.. yet. The internet's still working and most amenities accept dogecoin. You genuinely might survive if you can keep watering your garlic plant and playing online 10hrs/day.

But would there be enough games to go around?

Would the highest limit be microstakes? Scraps of currency being fought over like wolves.
