Party Poker Chip Ev and PT4

Does PT4 calculate correct chip ev on Party overdrive spins? How do you convert a chip ev to expected roi?

I use to play spins and got the calculation but these spins start with different stacks. I’m hoping PT4 is tracking correctly but I still don’t know what is considered breakeven, 2% or 5% etc.

Also what do people think to PokerWhizz? Trash or useful?
