its a real possibility I could wake up earlier but not 4 am lol the gym is open 8-8 and 4 am here would be like 2pm US central so not the best time a little early. Now if I woke up at like 8 am and started playing by 10 am that would be more peak hours and would be pretty good tbh. I'll consider that

But thinking about it your right. I am approaching this wrong. I played national paintball at a very high level and won championships I also spent 7 years in the Army and we trained very hard in both, different but hard.

So I adapted the two for a poker system I think will work for me.

Feel free to steal this I think it will work well may need to make a few adjustments along the way.

Weekly Structure
Poker Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Off Days: Tuesday & Wednesday
(Poker and Gym off days)

This schedule applies to your *active poker days*.

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Gym
- Light breakfast
- 30-minute workout
- 10-minute stretch/mobility
Purpose: activate body + stabilize mental state before grinding.
(Physical fitness is very underrated in poker)

9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Warm-Up & Preparation
- Deep breathing (2–3 minutes)
- Review 1–2 solved spots
- Review preflop ranges
- Set today's focus skill
- Mental readiness check
- Post the daily solved spots and today's focus on blog

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Session 1
- Core focus session
(We are looking to maximize each session and improve one spot each day)
- Avoid autopilot
- Break at 10:45 for 5 minutes
- Track mental score (1–10)
(Burn out, distractions, tilt, migraines any of those will cost us ev)

12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch + Reset
(Good Break plus we need food)

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Session 2
- Return with fresh focus
- Maintain chosen focus skill for the day
- Break at 2:30 for 5 minutes
- Stop early if mental score drops below 6
(This is optional and up to you but if you're going on auto pilot or tilting or getting tired its better to end early, we will build endurance)

4:00 PM – 4:20 PM: Post-Session Review
- Analyze 3 marked hands
(Post these on blog)
- Identify correct play vs. mistake
- Identify the mental leak that caused it
- Write one fix for tomorrow
(This will be our core focus for the next day)

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Family Dinner

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Family walk

7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Family time

End-of-Day Checklist
- Gym completed
- Warm-up done
- Focus skill selected
- Both sessions completed
- Breaks taken on time
- Post-session review done
- Tilt level assessed
- Plan tomorrow's focus

Right now my sleep schedule is pretty ****ed. Its almost 2 am here so we need to try to get that fixed might be a bit tired the first few days but we will push through.

Thanks for the input guys.

unless youre playing higher than 1k. There is no such thing as dead games. Thats a you issue leaking hard. If you want to be a profiessional and make money, start acting like it. It all takes max 1 day to set everything up and it seems like already its going to be excuse after excuse after excuse.

I agree I could battle the nits at stakes im at but I think theres more valeu in n

to play on a few sites. would take me 10 mins to get 10 good tables in low stakes. there is no dead games.

gl buddy on your journey rooting for u

Have you tried breakfast after your morning exercise?
I hope you can keep it up , it seems too complex (at least for me) to keep doing/tracking everyday for a long period.
cheers

I agree its complex but it ight also be the only way to really make this work for me

And also its a schedule for success

very similar to when I played national paintball, was in the army, and when I was trainign to play collegel football.

Just adtaped to poker and a family life

and I can always adjust it here and there as needed.

Oh and go Army beat navy!

Been really busy working on my game and improving fixing some leaks haven't got to play a ton probably won't these coming weeks with the holidays and my wife's birthday and nephew coming to visit and stay with us fir a while. Will update as ai can and grind as much as i can this next 10 days or so but then things will be crazy until the new year. Got to move twice in the next 15 days then we will be stable for a month then 1 more move and we will finally have some long term stability again.

As you all know I look for games with the most fish in them I can find. That's why I considered 4, 5, and 6 card plo even looked at heads up plo, looked at today's current ecosystem of nlhe cash games and I have decided on the best place for me to put all of my focus and get the fastest noticeable results will still be in nlhe obviously learning plo would be starting from square one.

I talked with some old coaches and some current crushers who im friends with who play 500+ in mtts plo and nlhe. I also had to consider my future, im in the Phillipines currently but im awaiting my wife's visa, that can take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years at which point we will be going to the US for a minimum of two years, maybe permanently maybe not but that does have to be a consideration of mine. I'd hate to sink thousands of hours into being great at 6c plo and then in 18 months the only two regulated sites currently offer 6c, stars and gg, I no longer have access to. Heads up is really only viable on 1 or two sites, 4c plo is a strong option the games are full of fish but that's because its a high variance game and harder to study and get great at than nlhe.

So considering all of that and talking to some plo coaches nlhe coaches and crushers in every field, also considering my values time wise and my responsibilities, the game I will be focusing 100% of my attention on and going back to school to master is....well im going to tell you all that in my next vlog.

Finally got set up on stars. That was a real pain but luxon will accept airbnb pdfs as proof of address you just have to submit them through support, the self verification will deny it.

Since we are properly setup on stars now I think we will start streaming again this new format we are learning and working on mastering. But im gonna study a lot these next couple of weeks so I'll likely wait until we get moved into our new place on the 1st.

But the plan for now is study:play 3:1 if we study for an hour we play 20 minutes and focus in what we studied.

If any one wants to guess what format we went with stars was an important part of it while im in the Phillipines but not the most important. The most important was my future and the ability to continue playing the same games long into the future.

But if you want to guess it was either 4c plo, 4c plo HU, 5c plo, 6c plo, nlhe fast fold, or 6 max nlhe regular tables.

But we got stars going so January look for some streams will probably multi stream twitch and YouTube. I'm trying to do vlogs but not going to lie my life is boring 99% of the time.

Currently im not doing the "spartan program" as ive come to call it but that's just because 1. Studying right now is more +ev than playing a bunch if hands 2. 3:1 study to play ratio because we got some new material we jave to get through. 3. Its the holiday season and mine and my wife's birthday are coming up as well. 4. We have to move to a hotel for a night then to pur nee place for a month until we finally get to move to a place where we will be stable long term.

Not to mention my wife's been sick the last 3-4 days so ive been on baby duty more than normal which is perfectly fine but he gets bored watching poker videos pretty quick.

But we have a plan the playing/training program will be used here shortly but right now it's more study study study then we make the money.

Big things are coming I finally accepted that I took a year+ off of online poker and was trophy chasing while doing AP play and then I played club games and I fell behind the curve a bit when it comes to standard online games so we gotta catch back up quickly. I hope we can knock out most of the program we purchased before Jan. Shouldn't be to hard to do although honestly im not sure how many house of videos there are but I'd assume 30-50 is pretty standard. Then once we get through it once and get a general understanding we go back through more in detail. My brain just works better that way. So we will get through it the first time with the 3:1 ratio then spartan program the 2nd time through.

Tomorrow is a day off may do some study work at night but I am taking my wife out for ger. Beth day its 9 days early but its the only day we could get a baby sitter until January so gotta adjust fire and take what we can get.

My nephew comes on the 22nd to stay until the 2nd but he will be in and out staying with us and staying with friends so that won't slow me down to much.

I am going to vlog these next couple of weeks of studying and changing formats and especially the holidays here they are very different and also just everything going on leading up to the return if me streaming and battling on stars in the first time in my life.

See you guys soon run pure and good luck

This is where I started my poler career sadly I will inform you that is not the new format. Just lacks good future potential.

3 hours of study today 1 hour of 1 tabling to perfect ranges and lines lost less than half a buy in so really nothing crazy just trying to learn new ranges and new lines

hi
i was wondering if you could play some live instead of just focusing on online ?

I could but the live games here arent great and dont run consistently I was playing live but i prefer online

I hope every one had a good Christmas and are ready for the new year. Got some stuff in the works we will bet getting back to streaming probably in February instead of January just because I will be in a more permanent location at that point in time.

Also I let me nephew use my laptop and he broke the charging port today. Its a common problem with the laptop I have so off to SM for lole the 5th time in 8 days hopefully we can get that fixed. Its not a complicated fix but I just dont have the part to do it so I would like to have them look at it make sure I am correct on what's wrong but worst case I'll buy the piece myself and should be able to have in in a day or so. Also hopefully they dont try to jack the price up on me to much for being white, when I was in cavite there wasnt to much of that but in manila there definitely was, my wife had to buy everything because it was 3-5 times cheaper if she bought it. We will see if they try to rip me off tomorrow or not gl us.

Also being in the Army for 8 years I am very fond of creative punishments. My nephew is costing me money and neither him nor his mother can pay for the fix. It may only be 20-30 bucks could be 100+ what kind of creative punishment should I come up with?

My first thought was he's 14 and terrified to talk to good looking girls, so to help him. And entertain myself, for every 1k it costs me to fix what he broke I was going to make him go up to 10 girls that I pick tell them how beautiful they are and ask for their numbers. He doesn't need to get their numbers and if he does he can throw them away since he will be going back to the Manila area in a few days any way. But it would help him get over his fear of talking to girls and I feel like watching his awkwardness would be very entertaining for me. Especially if it costs like 4k and he had to do it to 40 girls or until I get bored of it.

Open to other creative punishments!

Luckily ahould only cost about 3.5k php or $60 to fix my laptop but could be 1-3 days so hopefully it gets back soon.

Got chaos ahead of me I made a mistake booking airbnb we move out of our current place the 31st and into the new 0lqce for a month but on the 1st so we gotta stay in a hotel for 1 night then pack up and move again the next day. That sucks. Then in February we move again but to a more permanent location for at least 4 months, longer if we like the place. We know the are of our longer term stay but you never know the condition of the place until you stay. Hopefully it's in good condition and can be pur permanent home until we move back to the US.

I really hope to be ready to get back to streaming in February, I dont need 2 monitors to stream but considering im only operating off of a laptop screen space is limited so I should be able to find a cheap monitor to use. Tye bigger concern is my game needs to be where I want it to be by that point in time in the new format we chose so we are ready to stream in February. Streaming takes brain power and concentration away from the game so I have a mental note of where I need to be in my game before we get back to streaming 5-6 days a week

Also im mapping out my transition from the games I was playing to the games I will be playing.

It takes 16-20 weeks of hard core training to turn a civilian into a soldier. No reason I can't learn a new format and be playing 100 and 200 games in roughly 16 weeks. I'm also not starting from scratch either and I have access to the beat courses money can buy for this new format to help me fix leaks and get back on track.

It should make for a good short 3-4 episode series I'll even get to play unbeatable games lole 2 and 5 dollar games just to work on some fundamentals without risking any real meaningful amount of money.

But that's the plan study a lot do 6-8 hours days they will be studying heavy at first week have a ton of content to filter through we also have to study a long of ranges and lines until we fix our game. Then as we progress obviously we will still study every day but we will transition more into playing.

I plan to start streaming in February again just because the first month will only be about 1.5 to 2 hours of play a day the rest will be off of the table work which is good for the first month and important but not enjoyable to watch on a stream. The 2nd month our playing time increases to 3-4 hours a day and by month 3 we are playing 4-6 hours a day with 2-4 hours of daily study. But those 2-4 hours of daily study are good study sessions people can benifet from from a viewer stand point so that's all streamable.

So see you guys in Feb gl on the tables every one

Got moved into the new place today shouod get our laptop back from the shop today. Took it in to get the charging port fixed and suddenly the screen stopped working. Luckily afyer fighting with then they finally admitted they caused the issue and would fix it for free but instead of getting it back the 31st we should get it back tomorrow (the 2nd). So hopefully that all works out my nephew flys back home tomorrow and then we can get back onto the study and gym grind hard-core again. Kind of slacked the last week but I needed a mental reset.

I'll put a post below with a general outline of what my days will look like

This will be a rough structure of my days

1 hour gym/prep
Gotta hit the gym in the morning shower and eat pretty obvious time block

2 hours active studying
Active studying not just watching videos but actively taking hand written notes and deep diving into spots that arent 100% understood

30 minutes daily preflop training
Every format of poker preflop training is important no different here we will work on preflop work daily for 30 minutes everyday.

1 hour of practical exercise
This is 1 hour of 1-2 table low stakes not worried about win loss but actively focusing on the days studies. Aggressive hand tagging for a later time block

1 hour break
That's the 4.5 hour mark now we take an hour lunch/dinner break

1-2 hour play window
This is still lower stakes but this is actively playing to improve our game and find spots to review the next day. (Stop playing if auto pilot kicks on or we find a big leak we need to focus on the next day)

10-15 minute recap
Last 10 minutes of the day is a recap of the day we focus on how well we retained what we studied that day. We also look at notes from our 2 sessions of play and tagged hands to decide if we need to change what our study focus will be on the next day

That puts us at around 5-6 hour day not counting the hour break or the recap at the end.

This should in theory make us fly through this format change super fast having a very structured training program. The plan is to fail up as always, I 100% believe in the fail up mentality so currently the plan is start at .02/.05 and in 4 months be at 1/2 games not just as a winner but actively crushing the games. Again We make hard goals to fail up if we fall short and are crushing .50/1 thats still a big jump in 4 months but 1/2 is the goal in 4 months.

I am also allowing myself 1-2 light work days a week. Those days will include light gym work outs/recovery poker wise it will be spending about an hour or two going over everything studied that previous week.

I'm recording a bunch if this and it'll be a great vlog in the future but it can't be released to early.

Still no computer back they obviously can't do thr job and are just throwing parts at it. I talked to them today told them I need it back tomorrow or I'll get SM admin and others involved (sm admin will make things happen and can shut down a store in the sm with the stroke of a pen and those store places are worth a ton of money so thats a bigger threat to then than police or a lawsuit, the administration at one SM talks to all SMs get booted from one you get booted from all of them.) So we will see what happens tomorrow I'll either get my laptop back or I'll be getting a new one either way at least I'll be able to start on my training program I worked hard with several high stakes crushers and coaches to set up to transition from 6m and fr nlhe to this new format.

It has been beyond frustrating dealing with this. I put a lot of work into building and working and reworking and reworking this transition program and I will show it works amazing. In theory its perfect, there are going to be some minor bugs and tweaks but its perfect and I took time off before starting because its also intense. Now I'm stuck waiting to start it and having to start it late because a shop took on a very simple pc fix and some how completely ****ed it up.

More on the program below

So as ive stated im transitioning from 6max and full ring nlhe to a new format. I won't disclose which format yet. But when I really learned to crush online cash it was through a poker stable and they taught you basically how to crush one site, ignition. That's good and all but ig ition has its limits to potential.

So to become a true crusher I have talked to high stakes crushers (1k+ games) and coaches from aome of the biggest poker training sites. Ihave acquired some of the best poker training courses money can buy and through talking to the crushers and coaches and invite from gemini ans chatgpt together I have come up with a 4 month transition course.

There will be some tweaking along the way and slight changes and the program is designed in an awesome way.

I'm proud of myself for making this work.

So I took my background from being a soldier, and playing on a high competitive level on sports and online video games and built this.

Now this is made for transitioning players, although im sure it would work for newer players but may take longer than 16 weeks, more advanced players may catch on sooner and take less than 16 weeks.

But every training week is 6 days of work and 1 active off day (you dont play poker this day but you do a deep HH review and set up what you need to focus more on the next week)

!!THIS IS THE PART THAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM AMAZING!!!

Inside each week are 3 training "sprints" each sprint is 2 days long.

For example let's say in week 1 you are working on sprint 1 for days 1 and 2, let's just say these are opening ranges IP and OOP, if you know these then its a 2 day deep dive and a refresher no problem. You focus on good preflop ope ing ranges tag hands you arent sure if and do a 10-15 minute review after each session to make sure you are opening say 95%+ of proper hands.

Now on if you understand the preflop ranges and test yourself out and are scoring 95% or higher you move onto sprint 2 for day 3 and 4. Well say those are 3bet spots IP and OOP. You study those spots for 2 days you do play for 2 days still focusing on good preflop play but also focusing on your 3b ranges to really lock those into your brain and at the end of each day you look at tagged hands where you weren't sure aboit 3b spots and let's say you check and you're at like 60% correct on 3b spots.

This is where the program comes alive and adapts to each player, you spent 2 days roughly 12 hours and found a leak that will cost you money now and even more long term. So for days 5 and 6 you wouldnt continue to sprint 3 you repeat sprint 2 and focus on 3b preflop IP and OOP. Then at the end of each day you would review tagged hands and notes and you would make sure you're scoring 95%+ if you are then you take your off day and week 2 day 1 starts sprint 3 if you're still not 95%+ you stay in sprint 2 until you master it.

That's what makes this program so superior to any one course you could buy and why the results in theory should be something insane.

The program adapts to you. A sprint is never less than 2 days. You always do 30 minutes of preflop training every day thats all standard stuff but its the sprints concept that really makes it different and stand apart. On top of that you have the 4 best poker courses you can buy to master those sprint spots.

This could take some one 30 week to complete if they struggle with retention and have to repeat sprints often but at the end of my program will emerge a mistakes poker player who isn't just winning but ahould be crushing the games they are playing.

Idk what I'll do with this program after I document it, refine it, and finish it. I may just release it to the public for free maybe I'll keep it for myself, maybe I'll sell it. But this is built to be bootcamp and preseason practice combined into one.

One adjustment I may make is allowing sprints to be one day long if tou score 95%+ the first day and feel very comfortable simply because when I was a soldier once you learned a basic concept like how to load a magazine properly we didnt redrill that because it would of been a waste of training we have a finite amount of time to train and we need to maximize what we have.

So I think I'll change that, a sprint is never less than 1 day but only if you are super comfortable in that subject and score 95%+ the first day then day 2 you skip and start the next sprint.

This of course will require yourself to be very honest with yourself, if you have more than 1 or 2 spots where you arent 100% confident on your decision you should continue the sprint into day 2.

Now the other good part is every one's sprints start the same but every one's sprints would end up being different. On our light day or off day we review the previous 6 days and what we struggled with.

Let's say week 2 is over and we struggled with turn play in 3b pots. If we are reviewing it that means we already had a sprint covering it, obviously we already passed that sprint and moved om but if we are still finding questions or making mistakes we shouldn't be that becomes week 3 day 1 and 2 sprint.

This program builds and changes with you as you play its almost a living program its fluid and it will naturally find and fix your leaks without you having to really think about it or pay a coach to come find your leaks it has a self leak finder built into the program.

All you have to do is dedicate roughly 36 hours a week to active learning and another 10-15 minutes on your off day and how its designed you can never get to far ahead you will retain a lot more of the information you learn and if you start to forget something it will show up and you will treat it as another sprint and relearn it.

I jave it designed to be 16 weeks to transition but realistically it could go on forever it already starts study heavy with an hour or two of play then as time goes on your study becomes less and your play becomes more until you're studying an hour or two a day and playing 4-6 hours a day.

Idk if you can tell I'm excited about what I came up with I can't wait to document it and release a video in 4 months or so showing not only my transition but also my training program

Breh just reveal the format. Dafaq u all mysterious for
