You must've just missed that Alps was on the same line as "quote" when you erased that part. Pretty easy to do with such a short word.

Yeah that was brutal. Hoped that someone knew the name of the highest point in Antarctica, but Alps wasn't even on the board so not sure if it mattered.

I'd say I should have caught that, but that was far from the most egregious overlooking by our team that game.

I’d say it’s harder to win by not having all of your words on the board than by guessing an opposing team’s word.
