Casino doesn't want me to play cash game
Hello everyone, tonight something strange happened.
Tonight I went for my usual night 1/2 cash game session and when I went to the desk asking for a sit, the employee was cold and told me that there is no seat for me tonight. He didn't even ask me if I wanted to join the waiting list, which was short as only 3 people were waiting.
They made me feel I was not welcomed, which I found very strange.
I only recently started playing live cash game as I transitioned from online mtt. I've been profitable making an average of 16.9 BB/H or 67BB/100 hands, after 200h played.
Lately I noticed that people start leaving the table shortly after I joined or ask for a table switch.
Note that when I play I put on headphones and listen to music and barely talk to anyone.
Has this ever happened to anyone?
Or Am I just being paranoid?

It does not sound like you are telling us the whole story, Do you drink when you play? Was there an altercation with the other players or dealers on your prior visits?
200 hands played? Isn't that like one good day?

You are too good. Forget that casino and come play in my game.
That's the whole story I swear.
Yes, I drink a few beers while I play, nothing crazy.
I just mind my own business as I don't like to talk to people I am playing against.
200 hours not 200 hands
Well you just sound like an OMC. Not social, just playing premium hands and worse of all, looking like a winning player.
If you never get out of line with unconventional play, don't tip well and don't engage other players, you're boring and no fun to play with.
In order to get action, you give action.

A *casino* is never going to ban someone from playing in an open 1-2 game simply because they are good lmao. A private or semi-private 5-10+ game..... maybe if they people who run the game don't want you.
What casino is this?

Pretty much this. There's something else going on. Poker players don't start leaving a table just because a winning player joins. Most of them have no idea how winning you are. Personal hygiene maybe?

its because your the greatest 1/2 cash game at that casino to ever sit down at the green felt.
Seriously u should of just asked to be put on waiting list and if they said no ask why?

Then your story doesn’t make any sense. No casino is going to treat you this way for being a winning player.
Personally, I would never change tables for one player. If I am on short money or short on time, I may not want to sit at the wildest table in the room (which I actually normally prefer).
Yeah this one isn't adding up.
As stated, casinos don't care who wins and who loses. You won't be barred from playing poker based on your skill (private games are different). 200 hours isn't even that long when you consider how many people visit a poker room per day. The vast majority can't recognize a winning player that fast. Low stakes games have a lot of turnover. People get up/come in at random intervals and it's not always related to you.
My best guess based of you putting your stats in OP (lol) - you might be a stereotypical misreg. You sit there with headphones in and probably one of those bags that clip around your chest sitting down at 1/2 with only black chips taking 30 seconds per decision trying to figure out what the solver would do. Nobody likes playing with that.
No casino would ban someone from playing for someone being tight.
Hygiene is what I’m guessing the reason is, with you reporting that players are moving tables to get away from you. Shower/wear deodorant/brush your teeth.
Try talking to the casino manager and see if he will level with you.
Sounds like u play too slowly/tank too frequently and you're antisocial. Playing too slowly disrupts the game. No one wants to play with someone like that. Live poker is slow enough as it is. I would be asking for table changes too. Sounds like there have been complaints about u. Casinos will side with the majority and tell u that you're not allowed to play there anymore. U need to lighten up and play faster. It's only 1/2.
If I were in your situation I would talk to the head of the poker room to find out why they don't want you to play in their room. If they respond, I would be very careful not to act in a way that would have me banned forever. I would thank them for telling me the truth and I would indicate that I wouldn't do whatever the problem is again (and hopefully they would let me play again).
It is possible that they will not let you play again based on what other players have told them. And if that happens, learn from the experience and don't let it happen again in another place.
