Caesars Poker Room to close for remodeling? mid July
Played today and the word going around is the rooms closing for remodeling. Not sure on the date of closing (heard maybe
Anyone know a place that shows the rake for each room? I can't find it in Bravo or Poker Atlas

Bravo doesn’t contain this rake info but PokerAtlas does. Select whatever room you’re looking at then click the ‘Cash’ tab then ‘Offered Games’ tab then choose whatever stake game to view the min/max buyin, comps offered, and rake taken for each.
They do have the highest rake in Vegas as they take promo/jackpot drop. It’s actually absurdly bad but hey at least people get a small percentage back!
high rake is bad for EVERYONE
but if the try hard regs know this then maybe its better for tourists or fun fun players since more of the casual crowd will play there
I think u forget how quickly the poker ecosystem balances itself out on the Strip. There are exponentially more evening grinders on the Strip now than there were before the Caesar's poker room closed. The infestation will quickly migrate to Caesar's if it's that good. You'll soon find out.
Why are there "exponentially more evening grinders on the Strip"?
What happened the past 18 months?
Seriously.
It closed in July of 2024.
Was in the area shopping recently and played, haven't played there since the old room (which was in a much better place). I went ~12pm and it wasn’t many grinders, action was slow. I think there are better 1/3 options around.
the new room lcoation isnt near the club anymore right its upper?

Must not be referring to Caesars because the new room is exactly where the old room was for years. As always stated, though not believed here, the location in retail was temporary.
I played there Monday or Tuesday very early morning. The conversation ranged from HIV to clipping toenails at the table, I remained in mute mode during the engaging dialogue. I did manage to win $134 in about 45 minutes of play.
Just one table going at this time, and I felt the action wasn't very good.

I’m surprised there was conversation.
