I'm sure it has been brought up, but I hope you add certain filters to stake levels instead of just clumping them all together. It would help clear the clutter. Generally speaking most people play 1-3 stake levels with likely 2 being the most common depending on games, maybe there are a few for the leaderboards playing every game.

I honestly believe a leaderboard with broader prize pool would be better for the whole poker ecosystem. While some may see as dilution it can make others see motivation. I honestly think this just makes the games more reg intensive, and so much of the pool realizes they have no shot at any of the prizes with them to play how many ever hours it takes. Where I think you could get the player pool who doesn't play as much knowing where they stand in a particular leader board for some sort of rake race distribution may make them play more. I don't think the players who are going to put in tons of volume need incentivization, maybe I'm wrong, but your essentially rewarding a tiny fraction of the poker ecosystem. You can call me out for my bias knowing I have no shot or will power to try for the leaderboard and it's valid. I honestly think if it's this or the bad beat, let it be the bad beat, at least everyone has a chance then. Even playing more to earn more rakeback sounds better, I'm sure there is a multitude of better options.

Leaderboards are only interesting for a small group of huge volume players
Its OK, they deserve something for their grind and low to normal volume players dont have to victimize themselves for not being relevant for leaderboard prizes.
Especially since they are eligible for other stuff like a flat 33% rakeback. Not many sites provide this.

I noticed my balance has been off so I checked out my history and found someone is transferring money to me repeatedly for no reason. Any ideas on this behavior?

If you can DM me your username I'll ask security to take a look thanks, I'm not sure why that would happen.

I was directed here by a friend to voice my issue with Coinpoker and get help.

In september I signed up, made a few sports bets and lost, then played in the casino and recovered my losses. In total I deposited around 3200 USD and ended up with a balance around that amount.

I requested a withdrawal and verified my ID and address as requested. It took about 2 weeks and I requested the withdrawal again. I waited another 2 weeks and I got an email that my account is closed and my funds are voided. I didn't break the terms and conditions.

This is the email I got:

Maybe shorter windows could make the leaderboard more accessible?

All this will do is have the few players do what they already do, multitable as many tables as possible, not everyone can play 12-16 tables, maybe they can play even more I don't know. I would bet it would still be the same players winning again and again, there would be a little bit more players claiming the board, but your still talking a very small portion of the player base.

I guess you're right. I only mentioned it because someone said they didn't have the time to invest.

BTW, as far as I know Coinpoker limits it to 12 tables. This might not be popular with the most frequent players and it would decrease the amount of open tables (at least short term), but lowering that limit could be healthy. Both for the leaderboard accessibility and for the player pool in general.

I'll always think that the old Stars TLB structure was the best. Top X scores over a period of time, so that you could be in contention without mass tabling 12 hours a day every day of the week, but the more you play the better your chances are. When you have a structure like Coin's, where it's a straight accumulation over time AND every game you play gives you a non-zero amount of points, it just encourages and rewards mass grinding 0% ROI play, which is bad for everyone (except the site). For example, the guy who is perennially near the top of the weekly board played last week:

Monday: 5am-7pm
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 5:30am-6:45pm
Thursday: 6am-6pm
Friday: 6am-7pm
Saturday: 9am-9pm
Sunday: 4am-6pm

Personally, if Coin is trying to give out 5k/wk in promo money, I think the best option is to do something like GGCares or Global's Gold Digger where it's just random money so that the losing players have a shot at it. The most losing players that stay in action, the better the site is for everyone.

best promo and no regs really agreed with me was Stars hole card point thing a few years ago, where your first 200 or 300 hands of the day you rack up points based on your starting hand, AA best, 72 worst ect... recs got equal opertunity to regs cuz they could 1 or 2 table and get 300 hands, i got more $$$ from that than any other promotion ever

Individual promotions and rake races.

Most types of promotions in which the whole player pool is doing their own thing is infinitely better than leader board races where a few suspect accounts play a suspect large number of hands, tables and hours per day and then net withdrawal the money. Coin Poker's current is not much of an overall poker ecosystem promotion.

Thank you. My username is highamd

I really liked that Horizon Network let you size all tables the same, this is really useful. I like overlapping the tables myself, I'm sure I'm in the minority.

will coin poker ever add fast fold games? thats the one thing missing compared to every other site

Coinpoker not allowing me to log in. was playing fine then refused to alloy me to add any tables and now cant log in at all. Please help!
