Why is raising turn ambitious? I am ahead alot of the time there am I not

I fold pre - We're only really hoping for miracle flops with such hands but otherwise get put into spots where we're dominated / don't have great showdown value.

I think as played though raising turn is fine - when we call we're just allowing BB to come along for a cheap price to bink vs us.

River sucks for us i guess and i'm most likely just C/F.

Yes I misread the HH, CO is short (and obvioulsy a bad player limping the CO and playing with half a stack) so putting them all-in on the turn is OK. However when BB just cold calls turn I don't think you beat much on the river.
