President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
So swastikas are no longer a hate symbol in Trump's America.
The left though.
The Coast Guard commander has denied this on X and claimed the story is false. I don't know if he's correct or not.
In other news Trump's Ukraine peace plan is shameful from what I seen of it. Either Putin really does have something incriminating on him or else Trump just seems to like autocrats.
You do realize that this is the case because the USA needs Saudi Arabia . Though we should be more outraged at their role in 9/11 . No administration has stood up to Saudi Arabia
That doesn't mean the President needs to go hard in the paint to defend MBS or call for the murders of members of Congress. But yes, Trump needs MBS for his multiple real estate developments in Saudi Arabia.
Why is your ******ed ass talking about the punishment for sedition when no one committed that offense? Let's start there.

Potentially divisive symbols and flags include, but are not limited to, the following: a noose, a swastika, and any symbols or flags co-opted or adopted by hate-based groups as representations of supremacy, racial or religious intolerance, or other bias.
So a swastika is only "potentially divisive ". But they walked it back

Bit of a reach calling it Trump's plan...

Yes, it does.
Most people voted for Trump. There are no good reasons to vote for Trump, yet people did it anyway.
They obviously wanted Trump to do what he's doing, because he made it very clear raising all kinds of hell is exactly what he'd do. That's why they gave him their vote. The polls showing dissatisfaction with Trump's performance are nonsense and fake; he's delivering what he claimed he'd deliver. Just look at the Trump defenders here. None of them will ever say a bad word about him, because this is the world they want. They voted for him because this is exactly what they wanted.
In my opinion, America has basically attempted suicide by voting for Trump. Only time will tell if they have succeeded. I believe they will succeed.
It will be a great historical irony if the greatest country in the history of the world willfully cut it's own throat by electing a morally void predator. Twice. The first election was a hesitation wound, the 2nd is the fatal wound.
Trump I assume is meeting with Mamdani I assume to put him under his thumb with his age.
Somehow I didn't know about this guy, Ed Martin. Holy ****.
Trump press conferences have been amazing lately. from Jolani perfume sesh, to MBS handshake flattery, and now Mamdani.

Okay. So, is it your position that Trump voters (which would include myself) necessarily agree with everything that he is doing. (Which was your claim in the post of yours I originally responded to.)
I disagree with a tonnage of stuff he is doing. And I voted for Trump three times.
I seem to remember a couple months ago that most Trump voters (including myself) were outraged when he decided not to release the Epstein files.

Stop your crying. You voted for him three times because something something brown and gay people. After his first term, you knew this term was going to be a disaster, but something something brown and gay people, so spare us the indignation.
Mandani now a sellout who supports genocide?
Just checkin
My posts are far more measured and calm than yours, troll.

Liar.
Easy to prove me wrong and you right: Let's see the receipts!

You're a joke. I'm not in the least bit indignant. I wouldn't have voted in the election at all if I had thought his second term would be a disaster.
You're the one who goes off on rants and gets hysterical all the time.
If you decide to post something intelligent, I will be thrilled and delighted to respond to it.
At some point you just don’t deserve to be treated like a sane human being
Fortunately I’ve arrived at this a lot earlier than most in spite of your weird obsession with me
I'm not clear on why you think I have an obsession with you. I suspect you respond to my posts about as often as I respond to yours.
That said, I have to admit though that in general I find emotionally fragile folks like you who go on rants on the internets to be at once both pathetic and amusing.
