What are your thoughts is river a clear fold?

What changes on the river?
Oh my, it's a tough one. You need to be careful when c-betting into two players, but I can't see giving them a free card being a good move on a board like this. I would also bet more, it's a very draw heavy board.
I would also bet bigger OTT and probably fold to a raise. You only have 4 outs against a flush or a set. Had you had a set, I would have called. Else if you call the turn, you probably need to call the river as well. I think this is a rather underbluffed spot and you are OOP too.
However, since this hand is no good for more than 2 streets of value, you may consider a x/c OTT and re-evaluate river.
Turn probably a fold. I don't know why you're betting 60% on monotone into 2 players. You're basically way overrepped on the turn with bad blockers redraw so easy fold. River you have a catcher which needs 25% and nobody is bluffing into your "I'm **** and have the nuts so bet big and dont know how to fold a good hand" line so easiest fold in the world
I would just check flop with my entire range, and see what develops. River is an easy fold, unlikely they bluff enough to warrant a call and I don't think they play A5 like that.
Flop bet is too big, especially with two people. Check or small bet both seem fine. Turn and river are folds even though odds are good because 10NL pool massively underbluffs such polar lines (I keep on finding that out myself…😉.
