+1

Great back and forth.

Not a shoot out.

Would be a fun playoff series.

Fox gonna need to check himself. He ain't the best player on the Spurs.

Beverly arrested for beating some 18 year old found in the house with his under-aged sister.

doesnt matter chuck if it needed the owner to give the ok.
i doubt the owner came with the idea of trading luka...

the owner was the driving force behind it, they didnt want to pay luka the supermax.

Well then Nico didn’t do a good job selling Luka .
I think I would have of ask a raise from the owner if I was forced to make one of the worst trade ever made in any professional sports .
Knowing my career would eventually be facked …😀

I'm sure he doing fine with the $5M Caribbean island that the Lakers bought him.

Ingram just killed Kalk.

My friend gave Kalk the Walmart Wemby nickname and I love it.

What a tease of a comeback. That was a fun game.

Bulls putting it on DEN right now, in Denver.

I'd like to see rescind my Ja Morant for Quickley+Raps garbage trade idea.

I'm content with how the season is going. Said to someone I doubt they'd hit 40 wins but looking great.

They're playing a style where everybody gets their own and it somehow works out.

Igram trade working out as they needed a pure scorer type in the lineup. Game winning block was a sick highlight.

If they actually win then maybe they could upgrade to a superstar like they did with Kawhi.

also the Pacers might not win more than 5 games.
and the Thunder might not lose more than 5 games.

Not much reason to delay Lauri to the Spurs any longer.

Once Obi comes back in Feb because somehow he's their best 5...

Thoughts on Hawks? Fun team that seems to be gelling. Their "movement" offense is working pretty well and defense is big improvement lead by Dyson Daniels anf Mo Gueye. Jalen Johnson looks like a stud and Okongwu's offense has taken off - guy didn't even have a jumpshot his first year - now a legit threat from 3. Also love NAW.

What do they do when Trae returns? Can they integrate the heavy pick and roll offense he runs with the current style?

Trade Trae, he makes them worse. Hawks are legit pretty fun to watch and are actually good, they all fit together well.

Draft notes:
LA Clippers (4-10): Pick goes to OKC.

The Paul George trade keeps on giving. It is the last piece of draft capital owed to the Thunder.

(How unfair would it be for OKC to get the top pick in the 2026 draft after going something ridonkulous like 75-7, and repeating as champions!?!?)
New Orleans Pelicans (2-12): Pick owed to Atlanta.

The 23rd pick and the more favorable of their pick and Milwaukee’s went to Atlanta for the 13th pick, so they could draft Queen. Yikes.

His ceiling is an Antman/Kobe hybrid.

I don't see Ant/Kobe level nuclear athleticism when I watch Peterson. To me, the ceiling looks more like Jayson Tatum than Ant/Kobe. In other words, his top skill is probably his versatility as a shot maker.

That isn't really a knock. If you knew for a 100% certainty that a player would be the next Jayson Tatum, you probably would end up taking that guy #1 overall in >90% of drafts. In the last 25 years, I'm guessing that only Lebron and Wemby would have been selected over a guaranteed Jayson Tatum outcome. Maybe AD, but probably not.

Yeah, this is the thing with Peterson, he seems to be able to get his shot from just about any level and is effective with it to. Solid handle, can distribute and looks like a decent defender as well. Only knock might be his size since his limit is probably 2 or smaller 3s, but if he's that capable to getting his shot, who cares.

And I would say this is a perfect description of Tatum as well. That's why I picked him as a comp.

I have Siakam in my fantasy team and i'm already dreading the inevitable shutdown coming. he already got a DNP (rest) after 5 games

As of November 18, 2025, the Indiana Pacers have played 14 games in the 2025-26 NBA regular season, with an overall record of 1-13. Their record against the spread (ATS) stands at 5-9. This breaks down to 3-2 ATS at home (in 5 games) and 2-7 ATS on the road (in 9 games).

Good teams win, great teams cover

I think since the Pacers have never had the #1 pick before and reparations for the frozen envelope in 1985, that Silver should award them the top selection.
