But you also said to end the subsidies and “pass a clean cr.” Thus making it less affordable, without any other plan to implement in the mean time.

You see the issue, here?

by biggerboat

I believe you and I are somewhat on the same page on this issue. But, yeah, that has been the problem all along. The dems put something out there that was imperfect for sure. But the republicans, instead of trying to make it better, have been on a mission to completely destroy it. It appears as if they will succeed I believe. We need single payer. Period. Unfortunately tha

To be fair, Schumer himself voted NO on the Resolution.

That was for optics only. The man has to go . If you do not think he told 3 or 4 them vote yes on the CR your crazy . The airports were a mess and just getting worse with thanksgiving coming up

I agree with all this. (Especially the part about me being crazy.)

the ppl saying that the dems are a washington generals ass fake opposition party are obviously correct

You can't say the Democratic party is irrelevant. It has a function. They are there to create the illusion of resistance to pro corporate policies and the illusion of an alternative political faction. They are actually pretty good at that. Go up to people talking about forming a third party. You will find it is ingrained in their heads that it is totally impossible. The Democra

and it works too. just read this thread and others where people act like there is a difference between Fetterman, AOC, Bernie, Shumer, Manchin. Im old enough to remember when Sinema was a Progressive warrior bc she was bisexual.

Both sides suck (everyone knows this)
Democratic Party is way too conservative (everyone knows this)

What are you doing to change things, Victor?

yeah I almost have to believe that when you're elected you are taken to some room and shown instruments of torture or something. Some of these people appear to sellout remarkably easily. And speaking of relevancy, the Mamdani guy is supposed to be the next "rock star". But he's already posted a pic of him and Alex Soros. I don't know how people keep falling for slight variations on the same trick over and and over.

Sometimes I wonder if I could crawl down the street on my knees, tell people I'm a Leprechaun and could I borrow some cash to travel to my pot of gold from which I will pay them back double. If you are dumb enough to think AOC is fighting for you then why wouldn't you believe this too?

Victor is also old enough to remember Jesus getting nailed to the cross.

Vic supports terrorists because he also loves to masturbate to dead Israeli children.

no if I wanted that then I would support the IDF and their Hannibal Directive

Hannibal Directive = dead Israeli children

🙄

yes thats literally its purpose

I was tutored by Aristotle. (But that was after Aristotle was done tutoring Alexander the Great.)

Imagine hating Jews and Ukrainians as much as Vic does....

No matter how lightly traveled this site may be, if you live in the United States (which I'm sure you do), this is not a joke I would make on the internet.

Yeah i read that and thought the same thing and I expected the post to be deleted . I thought Vic was limited to the Israel thread on the genocidal Americans

I am more concerned about these terabytes of AI videos, all with the same content: Putin doing a slow, sensual striptease. I honestly don't know how you find all the time to jerk it to dead children and sexy stripper Putin.

But maybe the severe lack of sleep explains your perma-crankiness....

The NYT has published an insightful piece about the power struggle in the US Senate.

https://www.nytimes.com/2025/11/24/us/po...

The dispute relates to the mechanism of the party establishment which attempts to anoint the Democratic candidates which represent the party ..... a process which creates candidates loyal to the estiablishment and donors ..... not to the people they are elected to represent.

The corruption is at the DSCC and represented by New Yorkers Gillibrand and Schumer.

The senators named in opposition are eight.

Sanders, Warren, Van Hollen, Murphy, Merkley, Markey, Tina Smith and Heinrich.

This kind of intra-party competition should be normal .... not exceptional. Survival of the fittest involves competition.

Where's the corruption?

by chillrob

Where's the corruption?

The corruption is steering money to candidates based upon their hidden loyalty to big money interests.

Candidates like Fetterman and Sinema who campaign progressive and govern conservative.

I think Fetterman legitimately had a change of opinion on some things. Sinema I'm far less sure about.
