Facing limp/minraise and microbets from fish who called shove light

1/2 NL. I have about 370, 3rd position about 200, and HJ covers.

Previous hand raise to 12 and 3 callers. I shove for about 210 from SB with AsKs. Folds to button who calls allin for 130 with 8s3s. I make a pair of kings, which is good.

Player with 83s in previous hand limps in 3rd position, I raise to 15 with AJo, LJ calls, HJ calls, limper raises to 30. Limp/3!s are usually really strong, but I thought this could be junk. Was a little concerned this limper would make some kind of play when i raised, but couldn't limp or fold. I thought about shoving over the 3!. I figured I couldn't fold, so called, LJ folds, HJ calls.

Flop (97) K64,r. 3rd position bets 10, I call, HJ folds. Turn is an 8 putting a 2-flush out, 3rd position bets 15. I don't have anything. Don't like calling, folding, or raising.

Fold to the three bet. AP, raise/fold flop. This is either a monster or an "I'm afraid of the K but can't check my 77-QQ" bet.

AP to turn, I might be tempted to try the plan again. If he calls or raises, I'm giving up.

I've seen rec fish limp-min-click big PP's when other players behind might be capable of 4B'ing light. I won a decent pot when I raised-called pre, flopped open-ended, and turned a straight vs a V who went limp-3B, small c-bet, jam with AA. Basically the same line V has taken here, at least pre and on flop.

His small bets may be indicative of something that isn't all that strong relative to the board and our range, but our hand is garbage, and he's unlikely to fold if we start bluffing, so I'd just let it go. There may be some added future EV if winning a small pot tilts him. There's negative EV in him winning a bigger pot by getting sticky facing our raise.

Pre I think we have to 4b or fold with 2 players in position on us and we will have worst relative position too. And I don’t really want to 4b.

What is third position? UTG+2?

When you said he "called a shove light," I assumed you meant, like, KJs. This dude is bonkers and I am absolutely ripping it preflop with AJs.

The limper/3 better is the maniac who had 83 and currently has a 200 stack right?

Really like a shove preflop then if I read the HH correctly

He showed me the 83s (same suits as my AKs) before folding. I joked with him that it was suited. I wasn't trying to influence him, and never imagined he would call. He said everyone folded like they were scared. Then he said off course I had AK.

I would shove AJo into his short stack closing the action. I also thought his sizing looked weak, that it was a limping hand, not QQ+/AK. I had a bigger stack and was concerned that occasionally the passive callers had AK or JJ or something.
