Yeah that video most certainly is a dumpster fire. The incident was horrific but every assumption in that video (I'm assuming based on video title and comments) has proven to be absolute bollocks. It was a single attacker, not two (this assumption was at least somewhat justified at the time), the perpetrator was a British citizen born and raised in the UK, and the heroic employee who saved people from being killed by the attacker was a Muslim (assumptions about the latter two facts had zero evidence and were pure bigotry).
The video (and from what I can see based on their videos that channel as a whole) is playing into prejudices and doesn't give a **** about whether anything they're reporting is supported by evidence.
