[email protected] is a total lie

Why are they still linking this email address when it doesn't exist? At the end of any interaction it clearly states "Please contact "Stars Support" if you need assistance."

So you compose a message to that address and it instantly bounces back "This email address is no longer active. If you have anything you want to ask us, contact our Support team."

And this company considers itself a serious business?

I just spent an hour having somehow miraculously gotten through to what appeared to be a human on the chat, and he still couldn't get SMS validation work. Something as simple as that that no other company on earth has a problem achieving. Still cannot validate a phone number. All seems deliberate.
