Yes there is a fee. Always convert to GBP first before withdrawing

how do you convert it exactly. I just hit withdraw and it give me the rate
I had the same issue, convert currency in the cashier before withdrawing to get the going rate, otherwise it's at least 3%.
I haven't worked out a way of getting past their rate when depositing, I can get dollars for the going rate on my Revolut card but there's no options for depositing dollars on Stars, it may be down to UK law or something.
