On Pokerstars UK, any workaround for the high £ -> $ -> £ exchange rate?
It seems they are taking 3-4% on deposits and withdrawals.

I have a Visa debit card with $ on but there is no way to select $ on the deposit page.
You should be able to do a currency conversion in the cashier for withdrawals, bypass the conversion fee
