Messages included, "if you close my account you are effectively sentencing all of your staff to an Open season," and "if you do not accept my offer, then you are going to meet the legend and the stalker in more ways than one."

A custody hearing for this case is due on Tuesday.

Cristos' felony charge could be dismissed if he satisfies the conditions of his plea deal, allowing him to instead plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of attempted stalking.
