Yes the latest Tariffs hurt the USA but they still have projected GDP growth of 2% while Canada's is 1.8% . In light of this all we have certain premiers acting only in their own provinces best interest. Ebby is acting like his own country with no care for all of Canada . I hear him refer often to BC's coast when actually its Canada's coastline

This is so weird. Canadians absolutely should be angry that Trump's tariffs are wrecking havoc in Canada - precisely as I said - and Stelantis sacrificing on the trump alter is just one more example. Politicians absolutely are going to tap into that anger, and Ford has given a kinda master class on how to do that (Poilievre probably would have won if he had acted more like Ford instead of burning bridges with the ford Team in ontario). I don't think anyone thinks that these political actions are like magically going to prevent stelantis from leaving due to the tariffs.
