Timing the market without a strategy is usually not recommended. You may sell before the dip or you might sell before a huge uptick.

He is 79 year old. The average person is dead or in pretty bad shape. Fat sure but he doesn't smoke/drink etc. It's probably fairly accurate.
It says he has the heart of an average 65 year old. He could keel over at any time. Except that he has way above average health care and emergency aid.

I thought he was meaning that the people talking about the Trump dips don't buy on the dips to make money like Trump's buddies do. I guess I still don't get his point. I'm losing money every time it dips as well. So far, it has eventually come back, but it does stress me out each time, and I am worried that Trump could effectively cause the next Great Depression, which would make the "long term" last longer than my remaining life expectancy.

Trump’s parents lived to be 93 & 88. Dementia likely a threat, but being lifetime natural is huge, and supposedly he cleaned up his diet a little bit.
He’s easily top 5% in health & longevity for white men born in 1946—dodging the draft also helped.

If you do nothing, you don't lose money, provided you're confident this is all insider manipulation like people continue to say.
Trump threatens tariffs or other insane move, market drops. Trump's buddies buy the dip, market rebounds.
If you think this is the case, don't try to outtrade them.
