I would 4bet preflop to 21BB because that's what the preflop GTO charts say, however I guess it might be a big mistake vs some opponents who have a tight, linear (no bluff like A2o or J9o) 3bet range from the big blind.
As played you have a very strong hand on the flop. I think with Ad you don't raise all that much on the flop, as you can continue easily if a diamond hits the turn. I think raising flop would not be crazy, if they have KQ, QJ, QT you own them and if they range bet AK, KJ, KT your not too sad when they fold.

Do call or fold to a 5b jam bvb?
Call but not happy at all. Vs some opponents it's suicide, some other guys will 5bet shove JJ and TT as they should, and even the good old A5s sometimes.
Though by database has 18 occurence when I did 4bet AQo from the small blind, and I won 2 buy-ins. The sample is obviously very small.

Line looks solid to me. You let him keep bluffing with his air and still get value from worse. River is kinda perfect since you boat up but checking is fine, he’s rarely calling worse if you lead. Only real mix-up is maybe x/raising turn sometimes but standard call down works.
