How much a month is a condo/ apartment ?

If someone wanted to live there? Doesn't have to be anything fancy, just the basics and one bedroom.

Thanks was just asking. Sometimes get a bit sick of trawling through websites.

What I really was thinking is does anyone live in Vegas and make it work for them.

cool story bro

Over 2 million people live in the Las Vegas valley.

A better question is how much do you value location/safety? As people have said, you can get as cheap as $1000/month up to $3000/month. It really depends on what's important.

So the place isn't safe?

Like almost every other larger city in the world, some areas of the city are safer than others. Safety, or lack there of, is usually baked into the price.

And I can't believe no one said tree fiddy.

Unless you're 55 or older, I haven't found anything reasonable for less than $1,000.

Does that mean you can get a discount if you're old? Or that old people don't mind crappy apartments?

Not to worry...rumors are that the National Guard will be there soon.

I'd be wary of anything under 1K. Likely 1200-1500 for anything decent

Sort of. Some of the places I saw go for around $600 but you have to be 55 or older. If you want assisted living, prices go back up into the $1,000s.
