Dgoat’s MVS bag is still alive!

Yes !!! I’m so happy .

Simply an insane start to this Milly team in the first 8 rounds. I passed on Rice at 77 to take Deebo, since I only had 2 WRs. Ladd was also still there at 29 where I took Bowers.

8 started Bucky/Sutton lol. 9 started Henry/Burrow. Kyren went at 21. Omarion went at 23. So that's how we got there.

Let's go rookie RBs!

Purdy, Maye, Geno

Hendo, Breece, Harvey, Blue, Tuten, Pierce

CD, London, Deebo, Jauan, Mooney, Williams, Slayton, Bech, Boutte

Bowers, Taylor

I also drafted this one. Not as much value, but I still like it.

That first team is amazing .

I just looked up my Saquon ownership and it’s 20% . I am scared .

Got tired of seeing all the best ball teams ITT and drafted my 1st best ball team ever. It is the 1.5M pool on DK. Thoughts?

fields, kyler, love
j taylor, pacheco, montgomery, stevenson, benson, marks, mostert
JJ, m evans, adams, garrett wilson, cedric tillman, iosivas, michael wilson

That’s extremely good for your first draft ever!

I almost don’t believe that’s his first team ever :p. Haha

Agreed, looks good.

Haha yeah, I'd never want to be that high on an early 1st round pick. But if he stays healthy, it could work. I like him more on UD than DK.

Meanwhile, this team does well if Saquon gets injured, nothing personal lol. I also think I built well around Rice.

This team pushed QB and punted TE, but I think it worked out well.

I think I want to chase pure upside with that TE room and would've taken Stover > Shultz.

Thanks. I thought I was going to get roasted here because there isn’t enough stacking. I’m debating if you all actually think my team is good or if you are pumping me up to play more because you know I’m dead money - either way I enjoyed it and will likely do a couple more.

That 30 second play clock comes at you fast especially in the later rounds when a couple people are auto-drafting. My mind can’t comprehend anyone doing multiple fast drafts at the same time.

I had JJ McCarthy in my que and accidentally drafted him a good round early. I think this ended up fine though.

QB) JJ, Bryce, Rodgers.

RB) Conner, Mason, Allen, Tuten, Harris

WR) ARSB, BTJ, Evans, Tet, Ricky, Franklin, Wilson

TE) Hock, Engram, Muth

Team 1) I thought you weren't drafting rookies anymore? Just kidding, that's a young and exciting RB room. Nice team.

Team 2) Very solid. Fannin and Theo may end up being who you need TE wise.

I was hoping to hate it but this is very good.

I love the mid tier QB's you have. It's nice to have a couple running QB's.

I did mostly 20 second drafts this summer. Last year they had some 10 second drafts but I didn't see those this year. . 30 seconds seems like a long time after doing a bunch of 20's. I can't imagine doing multiple slow drafts at the same time.

Will this be the thread for NFL DFS discussion?

Just finished my 5th (and final!) guillotine draft. Had the 7th pick out of 14 and think it went about as well as it could. According to Yahoo rankings it has me second in week one. All 5 of my guillotine teams are ranked in the top 5 week one according to yahoo projections. But I know from experience that yahoo projections suck 😀 Anyway I am really looking forward to this guillotine format. I had given up on "normal" leagues years ago other than my deep roster 2 QB league which still relies on skill more than luck. My edge in guillotine will simply be paying closer attention and recognizing value and needs.

Didn't really like drafting in the middle and prefer one of the edges either early or late.

1. (7) Christian McCaffrey (SF - RB)
2. (22) Drake London (Atl - WR)
3. (35) Tee Higgins (Cin - WR)
4. (50) George Pickens (Dal - WR)
5. (63) Tyrone Tracy Jr. (NYG - RB)
6. (78) David Njoku (Cle - TE)
7. (91) Brock Purdy (SF - QB)
8. (106) Austin Ekeler (Was - RB)
9. (119) Khalil Shakir (Buf - WR)
10. (134) Brian Robinson Jr. (SF - RB)
11. (147) Marvin Mims Jr. (Den - WR)
12. (162) Matthew Stafford (LAR - QB)
13. (175) Mike Gesicki (Cin - TE)
14. (190) Dameon Pierce (Hou - RB)

I like that team. A lot of high floor guys that also have ceilings.

Haha if we thought that, your dead money would only be good to us in the same draft lobby. If we're up against you in the playoff weeks, then you have a good team.

I think you had a good balance of stacking and week 17 correlation. I'd probably have gone an 8th WR instead of Mostert, but that's my only critique without seeing the full draft board. Someone like Josh Reynolds probably would have been better for the build.

Looks good. Might be a little light at RB, but it can work if you get enough early season production. Muth as a 3rd TE is heavy already having Hock/Engram, but I get it for the Rodgers stack. You could have also justified stopping at 6 WRs, adding the 6th RB and still have the 3rd TE. Not much harm autoing a round early in that range, unless you miss out on a big faller or really important correlation piece.

Ya, might as well keep it all in the same place. I won't play any of the salary games, but I plan to fire some of the low buy in UD draft games most weeks. I'll be taking a break for week 1, though haha. I'll fire my final few season long drafts tomorrow then need a week or two break from drafting.

We could even do sit/start here, since that's a big part of weekly discussions too, unless someone really wants that to remain a separate thread.

Ok heels - give it to me straight - I can take it
12 team PPR 2RB/3WR/TE/FLX from the 12 hole - in 35 years of FF I have never taken a QB early, until now

WR depth overcomes the Rice pick but RB depth is nonexistent so I need a miracle before week 8

QB Allen
WR Collins
TE Kittle
RB KWIII
WR Rice
RB Pacheco
WR Ridley
WR Olave
WR Mooney
RB Charbonnet
WR Kirk
RB Ollie Gordon
RB Ray Davis
K Aubrey
DF Lions
QB Fields

Haha I can’t take a QB in the first or second, unless it is superflex.

As played, nice to have both elite QB and TE.

Solid WR group. You should be able to survive until Rice returns.

RBs thin but have upside. Not a huge fan of KW and Charbs together, but there are plenty of scenarios where it pays off.

I’d drop Fields for another upside RB or WR.

10-man, PPR, QB, 2RB, 3WR, Flex, TE, D, K. Picking 4th:

1. C. Lamb
2. N. Collins
3. B. Thomas Jr.
4. G. Wilson
5. A. Kamara
6. B. Hall
7. T. McMillan
8. R. Harvey
9. B. Mayfield
10. D. Njoku
11. K. Shakir
12. Javonte Williams
13. Buffalo
14. Fairbairn

Will be scouring the WW for RBs all season long.

Getting Breece, Kamara & Harvey when you ignored RB for that long - that's a pretty good consolation. The Nico / BTJ value is absurd. Perhaps I would've skipped T. McMillan for a different position, although that's a great WR pick in that spot.

With 6 solid WRs, I would try to make some trades to upgrade your other positions as you see fit.

Pretty good value in this one.

Maye, Stroud

Jeanty, Hampton, Henderson, Benson, Allgeier

Nico, Ridley, Hunter, Diggs, Higgins, Burdens, Ayo, M Wilson

J Ferg, Jonnu, Juwan

Nice squad. I guess people are worried about whatever game Vrabel and Diggs have been playing in the media about his week 1 availability. I’ve seen him falling too.

BTJ at 24 is ridiculous lol.

WRs look great. RBs have a solid base and should be able to find more as the season goes along.

I’d probably drop Shakir for an upside RB or WR, as his profile isn’t really needed having the first 5 WRs. He’s simply never going to be a league winner and is more about floor than ceiling.

BTJ is just a WR3 scrub.....on my team. I will be looking to dump Shakir for Ollie when the wire opens up. Thanks for the tip.
