My thought process at the time was something along the lines of:
Pre-Flop: Calling with Queens to Protect my Flat-Calling Range against Early Position Open so I can get value on boards where I will generally be the overpair.
Flop: Calling Because I think I am generally ahead on this board - there's a lot of AK, AQ, A10 in opponents' Ranges, as well as pairs that are worse than mine
Turn: Betting to Get Value out of My Queens / Getting Representing Jacks / Lots of AX hands in my Range / Want to get aces to fold
River: Jamming All-in Turning my Hand into a Bluff Hoping to Represent an Ace.
What I think I could have done better:
3-bet Pre so I could Isolate Against EP Raise, Get more value from Ax, Kx, and lower pairs
As Played, Not sure whether folding or raising would be better on Flop
On Turn & River though, I think my lines were disastrous, but maybe it was an OK bluff given the spot?

It would be a little easier to read if you used a converter and cleaned up the formatting / converted this to BB. (Also, in general, don't post results with your hand, as that will impact the advice you get.)
Preflop and flop are fine, although I don't agree with your assessment of villain's c-betting range. It's a four-way pot; UTG shouldn't just be blindly c-betting range here. That said, your hand is too strong to fold yet.
The rest of the hand... it's four ways to the flop and three to the turn and you're trying to run complex bluffs targeting a very narrow range. (On the river you're literally trying to get KK and nothing else to fold, because that's the only hand that beats you and might fold here.) And you don't seem to consider that one of them could have a jack on the flop or turn. And Ax of diamonds certainly isn't folding any street in this hand, either.
Generally, we want to play more straightforwardly in multi-way pots, because it gets exponentially harder to get folds, and continuing ranges are going to tighten up as well. But I also don't think your logic is sound here:
Turn: Betting to Get Value out of My Queens / Getting Representing Jacks / Lots of AX hands in my Range / Want to get aces to fold
I think this has some scattered purposes, some of which are at odds. You want to get aces to fold while also representing one? I also don't think there are lots of Ax hands in your range-- at least, you shouldn't be calling a c-bet here with two players to act behind you with just ace high. The AdXd combos are really the only aces continuing here (maybe heads-up you'd call the flop wider, but not four ways, and the heart backdoor can't be it because the Ah is now on the board). I don't think there's a lot of value to get by betting the turn; I don't think you're getting any Ax hand that got there to fold; I don't think there's much value to be had and you're running the risk of just piling money in against Jx hands. You are still three ways, and the more people are in the pot, the higher the chances are one of them has a jack.
Your hand is too strong for that. As I said, your bluff is targeting exactly KK and nothing else. Now you might look like a genius if he has TT instead of KK and decides to call down, but the lower his pocket pair the less likely he is to do that.
I wouldnt wait to the river and Use all my stack to see KK. 3bet pre would give you that info cheaper. ID risk that move with KK cause with QQ you have like 50% chance to face tough calls or check raises on K or A high board. Also, QQ is much easier to 3b/fold in you think something is off then KK. Playing this deep, you will have to let all 5 board Cards drop and that’s another disadvantage. I suck overall but just referring to mere facts. But I wouldn’t make that call otr if I was him cause he was basically only ahead of QQ and flush draw there.
3 bet pre to about 15K. If one of the other two callers still comes along and UTG jams, it’s a pretty easy fold facing that UTG jam and action remaining behind you. Heck it’s probably a pretty easy fold anyway since UTG probably won’t be blindly jamming JJ or TT this deep. Best case is he jams AK and we have a flip. If others fold and he calls, well, it’s probably just going to be a cooler with this run out. After the 3! we probably are just getting it all in one way or another post flop.
The turn bet is Iffy IMO. Where you hoping to get checkraised? You bet into two players and decided to turn your hand into a bluff here. SB can easily have a J. Even Adxd is now beating you. I think the turn is a very sucky card, but you should check it back and hope to bink a Q. I understand you betting here, hoping to fold out diamonds, and trying to get an A to fold, but I think checking back is the better play.
I think River is pure spew. You have the perfect hand to check back with. After both players call you on the turn, you have to think at least one of them has an Ace or even AJ. BB calls you with the one hand that is beating you (he kind of owned you in this spot). Why are you bluffing this river? Ax that called the turn, is probably going to call this river with a very high frequency. This is a board that you should be losing the minimum with QQ. I see that you did overbet the river to rep a J, which I think should be done at some very small % frequency. But I feel like your hand is targeting a very small range here to bluff.
Preflop can go either way - on one hand we are heavily disguised but we risk allowing our opponents to outflop us/realize equity for cheap. Keep in mind when someone opens UTG and UTG+1 3 bets, that's usually a very strong hand so maybe I like the flatting more. If this was CO vs BTN it would be a mandatory 3bet. Flop call is good - on the turn once it goes 3 ways you really just want to check and see a free river. There's no value to be had betting - now with the Ace it's a x/f hand 3 ways and you don't need to protect your hand equity wise.
River bluff is horrible.
Pre 3-bet > flat with QQ all day and once the ace drops you’re stuck bluff-catching so that river jam is just torch.
