Facing 4B in 4/5/6 card ranges

Sorry if this question is very vague

But Im watching a Omaha training course and one of the points he made was since most low stakes players only 4B AAxx most of the time we should fold a larger portion of our 3B range ( Which makes sense.

So based on that statement what would our continuing range look like?

such as if were playing 100bb, 200bb 300bb+
