Just finished my 2QB league draft from the first pick. I think I am happy with it. Was hoping for better QBs to fall but guys started taking their 3rd before I had one. I am trying to make up for quality with quantity 😀 I waited longer than ever this year. My experience tells me I should be just fine with this assortment of QBs.

2 QB
2 RB
3 WR
2 FLEX
1 TE
1 DST
1 K
5 Bench

6 point passing TDs and full PPR. With 3 WR and 2 Flex I wanted to pound WR hard early. After my first 2 RB decided to fill those in on the bench. Bench WRs are a dime a dozen in this league. I fully expect to dump a QB after the first week or two. With only 5 bench spots I can't be clogging them up with lousy QBs.

1. (1) Ja'Marr Chase (Cin - WR)
2. (20) Puka Nacua (LAR - WR)
3. (21) Ashton Jeanty (LV - RB)
4. (40) James Cook (Buf - RB)
5. (41) Mike Evans (TB - WR)
6. (60) DK Metcalf (Pit - WR)
7. (61) Xavier Worthy (KC - WR)
8. (80) Trevor Lawrence (Jax - QB)
9. (81) David Montgomery (Det - RB)
10. (100) Geno Smith (LV - QB)
11. (101) David Njoku (Cle - TE)
12. (120) Tua Tagovailoa (Mia - QB)
13. (121) Austin Ekeler (Was - RB)
14. (140) Dylan Sampson (Cle - RB)
15. (141) Aaron Rodgers (Pit - QB)
16. (160) Arizona (Ari - DEF)
17. (161) Jake Bates (Det - K)

This is a really interesting point. The difference between Yahoo ADPs could be affected by the tournament formats on UD, with people aiming for the spike weeks in the final part of the season. I'm also wondering if the Yahoo Expert ranks are influencing the positions where players are drafted as Yahoo displays expert ranks, your own ranks and ADP. Where as UD only shows your ra

Hey Tarheel2222, I just wanted to follow up on this discussion and check your opinion on another factor affecting the positions being taken on UD vs Yahoo.
Where I notice the 30-50 range favors WRs on UD, but RBs on Yahoo. You mentioned how the playoff tournaments on UD could be affecting the positions drafted leaning towards WRs there. Does the number of participants play a factor in changing positions being drafted?

For example, on Yahoo all best ball is 10 man season long format, with no playoff. Where as UD has 3 man contests up to 12 man contests, with and without playoff formats. So do you think that factors into affecting the UD ADPs for the players?

Sigh.

Shallowest I’ve ever been but maybe it’s ok

lol that's awesome. Looks good to me. Nice core. Javonte + that bench is solid after spending it all on the top 7.

Looks solid to me. Those 4 QBs are all good candidates to exceed expectations if things go well. Were AR and/or Dart drafted?

Yeah, I'd say that's a factor if Yahoo doesn't have any large field tournaments. The large field tournament ADP is influenced by what drafters think/hope will happen in weeks 15-17. It's also influenced by heavy QB/team stacking plus week 17 correlation. UD also attacks rookies more aggressively, due the end of season upside that class of players can provide.

Yahoo leagues aren't going to be affected by any of those variables.

Mahomes, Darnold, Dart

Chase, Pacheco, Dobbins, Skat, Tuten, Kendre

Nabers, JSN, Worthy, Ridley, Mooney, Horton, Slayton

Pitts, Strange

Even for a 10-teamer you have incredible starters.

Javonte is ehhh. You can probably start him week 1. But your bench RBs aren't quite starters either -- they're good stashes bcz they have paths to being excellent (unlike Javonte).

Richardson went in last round and Dart was undrafted. Bench spots are very shallow (ie valuable) in this league and some guys only carry 2 QB. It makes it tough to navigate once bye weeks appear and I already have a week 8 problem 😀 I feel stupid with 4 but want to see how these guys shake out the first few weeks. I think Lawrence will be fine, Geno okay and if healthy Tua could be a gift. Rodgers is old but who knows what happens in a new environmwnt and team we all know he has the ability. My QBs will be fluid and I will be active on the wire if there is a breakout or injury somewhere.

Allen, TLaw

Kamara, Monty, Warren, ETN, Shipley, Giddens

JJ, AJB, Evans, Olave, Mooney, Palmer, Horton

Strange, Gesicki, Juwan

Solid squad. Mooney! haha

This was certainly not my best wr room, pushed some stuff for ADP values. Not sure it works

Allen, Maye

CMC, Achane, Harvey, Marks, Keaton

Adams, Rice, Downs, Shaheed, Burden, Pop, Doubs, Malik

Warren, Henry, Theo

12 team keeper league where you can keep everyone for same price you drafted them last year (only keep 1 year tho).

full PPR, .2 per rush attempt, 4 pt pass TDs, -2 INT, but QBs get 3 pts if their team wins and -3 if they lose.

QB/superflex/2rb/2wr/0TE/2flex

I kept Jayden daniels, nico and a couple bum rb/wr.

QBs left on the board are lamar, mahomes, purdy, stroud, dak, love, young, stafford, geno, ward, Godgers, danny dimes, flacco & both NO Qbs.

Last year the top 3 ADP QBs were not kept and they went for an avg of $46 (out of 250 budget). If lamar is nominated first at what price are you willing to go?

Yeah I probably skip Rice on this team.

I wasn't big into Adams, but definitely like clicking him more now that he's going in that 40-45 range.

Yeah, I'd skip Rice on that one too. But as played, I lean into Warren/Henry and add another boring late WR like Boutte, Elijah Moore, or Ray-Ray.

Puppy

I felt like my last pick was a luxury pick. Should I have gone with a third TE? I love Giddens and took him with the last pick. I realize he is third on the depth chart but I think he could be a star if the opportunity arises. I know the right answer was a third TE but I couldn't help myself.

Harris as my 5th back is stealing money. He will play a significant role on a good team that likes to run. I'm taking advantage now of his ADP before people realize he's gonna be ok.

I think Roman Wilson is gonna end up being a sneaky good late round pick. When Rodgers talks good about you that's a real good thing.

Getting Frabry as my 6th and 7th WR's was a no brainer.

QB) Kyler, Dak

RB) Achane, Pollard, Mason, Stevenson, Harris, Giddens

WR) Nico, Harrison, Pickens, Pearsall, Doubs, Franklin, Bryant, Wilson

TE) Laporta, Ferguson.

Looks good. I’d rather have a 6th RB than a 3rd TE. By all reports and signals, Giddens is the #2. He’s one of my highest drafted late rounders. I’m at 10% when most of my late round guys are sub 5%.

I think this is good.

I love the RB room. Nice combination of early season production with late season potential.

It's hard to think Darnold will lose his job considering what is behind him but I'm highly concerned he's gonna turn back into a pumpkin. I like the Dart throw(Two puns right there).

I'm at 15% Giddens. He fell to pick 209 I had to take him. He is a lot closer to fantasy relevance than people think.

Yup, we know JT is good for at least one mid or late season ankle sprain. Giddens could also be good enough to have some type of standalone role.

16% Giddens for me. Let's roll the dice 😀

That's a beautiful start. I had the same first five picks in a recent Puppy but did not get Burrow.

I've got 13 Burrow teams not including this one, and the best I've got was 70 and 71.
