In the current news climate we see that some figures and events tend to dominate the front-pages heavily. Still, there a
I actually meant the buildings you described, and thought that was obvious.
the buildings are there, i don't understand "serviced". You need to be pretty skilled and qualified these days to touch air condition, heating and so on. Unskilled people are completly useless, they wouldn't even be able to use the washing machine properly or to iron a shirt like it's supposed to be ironed; that's a skill that subsaharians really don't have.
I can understand some people breaking under pressure, and i can understand that being willing to take human life can be pressure. That's an argument to select people for those roles better, not to avoid having those roles. And btw, what if using violence purposefully to improve society actually... makes you a better person? I know not everyone considers the founding fathers good
I agree that a willingness to use violence when necessary is an important skill for a leader. But remember that the Founding Fathers are also very highly loved and respected for the limits that they placed on state violence once they got into power.
I think that it is clear though that the far leftist idea of just letting homeless people do whatever they like on the streets has been a failure, but that doesn’t mean I’m on board with the opposite extreme.

yes? i never implied otherwise and i actually often repeated liberal democracy is superior to "might is right" low level mafia style government. But only if liberal democracy uses violence when allowed to the fullest and fixes crime when it's fixable.
Otherwise people will move to other setups which we all hate.
Without googling, do you know which american president said "Americans are free, in short, to disagree with the law but not to disobey it"

That's so stupid and ignorant. You really think people from Africa can't use a washing machine? hAHAHAHAhahahaha

Wonna bet your liferoll they won't immediately recognize a piece of clothing is cachemire and treat it differently? we can try 100 of them, if more than 50 fail i win
Then we can try 100 eastern european women over 40, if 20 of them fail you win.
Wonna bet?

Pretty sure the leftist idea was to put them in government sponsored mental institutions and/or project housing. Homeless on the streets is a result of removing/reducing these options.

the left has decided mental institutions are evil and closed all of them.
the left also spends (at least in California) to the tune of 80k+/year per homeless person (state + local) in various areas, without fixing it, so I am pretty sure it's not about paying rent.
those are people that , if you give them a free 25k/year in rent accomodations, destroy it and end up living with rats in it, do you understand that? it's not normal people who had financial problems

I think categorising Africans (which is a continent not a country anyway) as being incapable of understanding standard washing instructions on a clothes label is up to your usual standards of racism.

I said subsaharians btw (those who immigrate to Italy so not college educated ones) btw, not "Africans". I said subsaharians and I am willing to bet on it, in Italy, today.
and no they are not able to understand fine clothing needs different washing cycles than other clothing

The homeless population is full of people who regularly self sabotage. You can’t solve homelessness without solving self sabotage.

Quite a while since I ironed a shirt. Mine are non-iron, including the ones I get from Jermyn Street if the name means anything to you.

You don't machine wash cashmere, you hand-wash it.
Luciom wants 19th century levels of education for poor people and for them to leave school young to work as chimney sweeps and to shine his shoes for him, graduating to manual labour on a production line six days a week so that the goods he buys are nice and cheap for him.He doesn't want them to learn any history or else they might take up arms against him and throw him in jail
Yes that line of thought of luciom is pretty stupid .
For centuries , including the “great” 1800s in the US, life expectancy was between 40-45 years old .
Was an awesome prosperous time .
But Because of all the leftish bs in the 1900s , magically people basically double their life expectancy….such a failure !
The homeless population is full of people who regularly self sabotage. You can’t solve homelessness without solving self sabotage.
you can't solve self sabotage at scale. there are rare individual exceptions, "epiphanies", usually after very radical changes in life from external events, but we haven't developed any repeateable working way to solve it.
Quite a while since I ironed a shirt. Mine are non-iron, including the ones I get from Jermyn Street if the name means anything to you.
I usually don't go with shirt + tie + jacket in the winter ( I tend to do jacket without shirt) but in the hot season(s) I do shirt ad the main and that I want ironed.
anyway, it's a skill that is being lost and it isn't something you would expect random third worlder to have, unless they did that at home.
now Philippinos in Italy tend to know their way around clothes and that's usually who we hire for house help
Poor people in Lucioms ideal society

in my ideal society they don't live in my polity. especially if other places are so idiotic as to give them welfare, all those in need go to jalfrezi country while we only get those who produce a lot.
yes service prices can grow, you accept that and push for automation.
The person in the photo will produce a lot for you because you'll have them working 12 hour days 6 days a week.
What's your plan to move them from your "polity"?
