President Donald Trump
I assume it's still acceptable to have a Trump thread in a Politics forum?
So this is an obvious lie - basically aimed at
I said the jury was out, which isn't a claim that I believe it happened
And the starlink stuff is pure nonsense
Yes but you wanted to talk about it and said 'you guys' (assume right wingers) don't want to talk about it.
You're right that 'you guys' don't want to talk about it because it's a giant waste of time and preposterous with zero evidence.
You do you and keep trying to push it into the conversation.

How much completely ridiculous bs have conservatives pushed into the airwaves over the years that essentially forced people to engage with? It's a hell of a lot.
Wait... you're saying an unpopular vice president, who got crushed in the Democrat primaries as a presidential candidate and wasn't selected by voters to be the presidential candidate in 2024, would still have lost regardless of voter turnout? YouDon'tSay.gifNow provide evidence that this outlier is the standard moving forward. What lack of identification? You need to prove y
I did provide evidence trump v harris 2024 wasn't an outlier, from a 2023 paper on the topic.
And the claim isn't that "harris would have lost anyway". The claim is that if people who almost never vote would have voted, she would have lost by a wider margin. Low info low education low iq voters skewed democrat for a long while. These days, they don't.

You don't need to PROVE you are a US citizen to register to vote. Since 1993, the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) allows "self certification" (under penalty of perjury uhuhuhu).
Arizona lost in the supreme court in 2013 (Arizona v. Inter Tribal Council of Arizona) when it tried to mandate proof of citizenship to register to vote.
If you don't even know the ****ing rules that apply in your country, why do you comment on it?

The amount of $h!t you comment about that you don’t know of ….
Please , play nice .
I don't know what the allegation is other than Starlink.
In any case, when it comes to affirmatively disproving an improbable conspiracy theory, it is almost inevitable that the jury will be out indefinitely, which is why transferring the burden of proof to the the skeptic is so essential to proponents of such theories.
THIS!
Proving a negative has always been very difficult.
Does higher voter turnout even benefit Democrats anymore? The diploma divide could change the conventional wisdom.John Sides - October 25, 2023Image: (cc) Quinn DombrowskiAcouple weeks ago, I wrote about why Donald Trump should love automatic voter registration. The upshot: Automatic voter registration increases turnout by a few percentage points but does not, as Trump fears, he
Tltr but ,
Should a political party changes its values about democracy accessibility if that could make him win more ?
We know people like you that crave for power would say yes .
Thx for reminding us .
Ps: and yet u love speaking about moral justifications …
I can only imagine the levels of pure rage you must feel for the conservatives/rightwingers if 1 similar thing the other way gets you all triggered lol
Zero rage. Mostly here for the lols and find it funny that the almighty who seek truth and push for evidence backed claims also push narratives of elon tampering with voting machines. The iron is hot.
Stop posting in P&S
You don't provide any laughs and you exclusively troll people who actually care about something
I'm not trying to provide laughs. I'm trying to enjoy myself and read about American politics.
Don't post dumb stuff and I tend not to post. You'll note I haven't been very active in thread at all lately, but when dumb stuff gets posted, eg. Elon tampering with voting machines, I feel compelled to post.
I did provide evidence trump v harris 2024 wasn't an outlier, from a 2023 paper on the topic.
Ah, I must have missed that 2023 paper that has shown that 2024 was the standard for the last 20 years. Okay...
If you don't even know the ****ing rules that apply in your country, why do you comment on it?
Probably because I'm not a fukktard spending 20 hours a day Googling shiit about a country 4000 miles away so I can be right on the internet and instead just recounting my personal experiences as an actual US voter who had to furnish proof to register. If my experiences are not standardized in each state, or procedures have since changed, then so be it; sue me, bitch.
Yeh but another post, another Euro.

You don't provide anything to the forum and its not here for your personal amusement. You can figure out to provide any sort of positive contribution or enjoy it from the sidelines
And don't pretend this is about the Elon comment. Your obsession with me was duly noted when you, pathetically and ultra creepily, tried to soft stalk me

I linked it to rococo. It PREDICTED what then happened in 2024. It was already in the data from previous electoral cycle.
So me actually knowing the details about how democracy works in the most important democracy in the history of the world is "googling **** about a faraway country to be right on the internet".
No, i actually care about how things work in the most important democracy in the history of the world which, among other things, is also the seat of the empire that controls my country militarily and financially.
I get it if most people don't care too much about the details about how the democratic sausage is made. It's normal. The better things work the LESS normal people shouldn't give a **** about details.
But given we are discussing the plumbings of the system, the details that determine who and how actually gets to vote, getting the details right is immensely important.
So, do you now understand the key difference between having to PROVE citizenship, and being allowed to fill a form where you state you are a citizen?

Not sure why coordi is targeting you in particular. His claim about you applies to tons of folks here, including (but not limited to) SRM and Land'oLakers.
And Trolly almost literally never offers actual content. (He's funny though, so I give him a pass.)

because he doesn't agree with my views, but he agrees with their views.
So, do you now understand the key difference between having to PROVE citizenship, and being allowed to fill a form where you state you are a citizen?
Once again, I specifically was told I needed to furnish proof of citizenship to register: a passport, or a birth certificate combined with a government issued picture ID. Did you miss this part? If my experiences are not standardized in each state, or procedures have since changed, then so be it; sue me, bitch.
