i never talked about trans in sport here. You did. I talked more generally about how you guys on the left lie constantly about a purported scientific consensus underpinning your claims. And i listed what i mean.
For trans, i focus on "trans care" for minors, which is where the leftist position you endorse is indefensible and NOT agreed with by the vast majority of worldwide health experts.
For biological men in sports it's not about expertise: it's a political choice, there is no science involved (aside when some crazy people deny biological men have an obvious advatange, but not even you do that).
It's not just bottom surgery: if you can't marry , be drafted in war, or legally sign any contract without parental agreement, you shouldn't be legally allowed to take puberty blockers for gender disphoria or hormones (and ofc no surgery as well). That's what the majority of 1st world countries have codified in the law after experts examined the issue.
The leftist concern is that trans people get the appropriate attention and care they need no matter what their age is and for kids that is actually just counselling and potentially hormone therapy if there is an underlying condition that makes hormone therapy relevant, AFTER an extended period of counselling

If it refers to minors with gender disphoria pretty sure it is. I think they are signing as "available" in most places because there are exceptional circumstances in which Italy, Denmark and so on can allow them.
But it's exceedinly hard to get them. Denmark went from "no question asked" to "less than 1 in 20 minors referred to gender clinics get them after multiple visits" a few years ago for ex.
Italy is in the "low hundreds nationwide" (60M people) getting them.
Basically experts everywhere are telling us that it's extremely dangerous to give those meds to minors. Then depending on the exact details of the constitution, parental rights and so on, by pushing really hard it is still possible to get them in some cases.
But that doesn't change the fact that experts DO NOT AGREE with leftist american experts in europe. Especially after the Cass report which changed everything
