3bet or fold. Like 95% fold 5% 3bet.
i wouldn't call any hand in the SB. 3bet/fold
Fold is generally the best option here.
If you want to play suited connectors profitably, it’s better in position (CO, BTN) where you can control the pot and see what opponents do first.
You could check out some preflop range charts. There are some free out there on the internet. (This will give you an idea what hands you can play preflop etc)
