I don't oppose eating parsley either, but the federal constitution certainly does NOT contain a constitutional right to be allowed to cultivate or eat parsley. IE states can, if they want to, ban or regulate parsley cultivation and consumption.

The trauma that our President has suffered since he has entered politics is unimaginable. As a mental health professional who treats trauma everyday its an amazement that Trump stays so calm and level headed considering the adversity he has faced.

Although I agree with a ban, it's good to be reminded once in a while how utterly horrible trumpers are and how everyone should do everything in their power to dismantle this scourge.
why? the court in Obergefell found that the 14a implies a right to gay marriage. No one in the ratification process of the 14a ever implied that. No state allowed gay marriage for many decades after the ratification of the 14a. No court had found anything of the sort for more than a century.
It's a total fabrication, an absurd, complete lie, a revolting destruction of the rule of law, a subversion of the democratic order, to claim that right exists in that document and it forces states to comply.
It's the usurpation of the political power of state legislatures by judges. A violation of the most fundamental rules in society. A coup.
