Are we too over ambitious with AA 10x 3betting???
1/3 10 handed
All asian home game, plays like 2/5
Loose splashy game.
V1 - nit, only non asian there, started with 500, ended up doubling up with a set vs whale(v2)'s tpnk. stacks 1000
V2 - huge megawhale unseen in other places. We stacked her earlier, we only won 700ish from her, she lost 1k total, we had qq on j53d 7d A barreling 3streets, she had j6dd coldcalling 3bets of 215 preflop???
We won another decent pot with TPTK vs her.
She rebought like twice already.
Stacks only 600ish
Hero covers the whole table, running super hot tonight.
V1(utg) opens to 25, V2(+1) calls, +2 calls(unknown female player with 1000 stacks)
Hero in MP with AA 3bets to 225. Maybe this is too big???????????????
They all fold.
I thought V1 has some super strong ranges that's never folding.
I thought V2 doesn't have a fold button.
Maybe it's also because we almost always show up with the goods, whale also lost like 3k+ tonight.
What bet sizes would you make it in my shoes???
100? 125? 150?
I feel I give v1 too much odds when making it so small?
I don't mind v2 calling with smaller sizes.
It'll be 4way pot if V1 calls.
Best case scenario is V1 ships on top or only whale calls.

I'd normally go 150 but probably size up to 175 with the whale in the hand.
If you've always been showing up with the goods I'd assume even a whale will know there Ax Kx garbage is dominated
They aren't that deep so all of them calling is not a bad scenario. Its a little uglier if you are 3k+ deep, I'd understand your concern more than.
It’s fine, the mega wasn’t supposed to fold.
I can't tell how your splashy home game plays. However, I don't like it. They are willing to call 3!s. Why bet so big as to make them think about it? Plus, postflop, it turns your hand a little bit face up.
You got too greedy. You should 3bet something more like $125.
Stacks are not deep enough for you to try to get so greedy.
How much you bet depends on your read. Against most players, I’m betting 150, but I know some degenerates from home games who would gladly call a larger bet with so much money already in the pot. How bad is the whale and how much money does she have to reload after you stack her?

Female is 2nd caller. Whale is 1st caller. It is an UTG raise from a tight player and 2 ep calls.
Part of the problem may have been the tight opener was probably a decent player and knew to fold his 99+/AQ+. Then the whale folded his marginal hand rather than go HU with SPR < 1.
I go $175, but your raise was fine. They just didn't have anything to continue with :( If you go too small, they all call, and that would suck.
Looks good to me
