Table has been very passive, almost no 3 betting .
UTG limps, villain in MP raises to 15, I 3bet to 60 next to act with black QQ , everyone folds except villain who calls
Flop ( 123 ) T 8 5 ( 2 diamonds (the T and 8 ) )
Villain checks, I bet 50, villain raises to 250 , Hero ?

I dont think we're going anywhere unless you have some crazy reads
Think you need to shove or fold. No sense let him draw cheaply. Also, if he has like TPTK, he has outs and again you don't want him to draw cheaply. Make him get allin or fold. Based on reads, if you think he has a set of T8 enough, you could maybe fold.
So agree this is a fold or shove.
Passive table, villain nothing out of the ordinary I think I let this go when he's put a stack committing raise in. Its defo close though.
I think he's heavily weighted TT, 88. You will occasionally see a draw or JJ, AT, but my guess is not a profitable rate. When you are ahead he usually has very good equity. E.g. without doing the numbers Im guessing AdKd probably has close to similar equity to us.
