People won't believe you but this has happened to me since late last year. I get 88 I hit a set or quads every time. Poker gods made an update and so far you're the only other one who's noticed. bravo

yes! it's been strange, 8s are hitting things all over the place with me. Must be something to do with a middle card syndrome. I've been down and out but getting a set on the river to win. Also had quads another time.

I foolishly folded 88 in the SB to an early raiser awhile ago. Would’ve made quads on the turn. Around a $750 mistake in 1-3.
