Gane opened +240 so not exactly that big of a longshot per the market fwiw

Ank should not abadon the wrestling against Alex.

Alex has newfound confidence in his TDD and will be more loose and aggressive, but if Ank can successfully implement the wrestling game plan, it would really through Alex for a loop. (yes, I know he tried last fight and didn't have much success.)

Excited for Whittaker v. RDR. I really enjoy RDR's personality and think it would be cool to see him advance.

RDR gotta get winner of Chimaev/DDP right?

I think if Imanov or Borrahlo give an impressive performance in their next fight they could easily surpass RDR. That was a very shaky win over Whittaker.

Yeah that could be the way to go. Winner Imavov/Borralho vs Winner of DDP/Khamzat. RDR vs loser of DDP/Khamzat.

Who do we have with DDP v. Khamzat? Consensus seems to be that Khamzat needs an early finish or he'll taper off and lose.

Just such little tape on him and so many unknowns. I am excited, though.

I do hope Dricus starts talking **** about Kadyrov at the presser, though.

Same as always, Khamzat will absolutely mop him if he can control himself and conserve his energy but since he CAN’T SEEM TO DO THAT I think he’ll hang on to win the decision

I've got some money already on DDP. It kinda surprised me he is this big of an underdog. Hopefully DDP can survive the early blitz.

DDP is a tank man, nothing like Khamzat has faced before. Looking at Khamzat last fights:
- Whittaker: obviously impressive win, but was the teeth injury already there before the fight?
- Usman: In theory a 170-er. Media scorecards were all over the place and if it was a 5-round fight usman could've won.
- Holland: yeah he is not that good (championship level).
- Burns: A real 170-er and gave Khamzat a super difficult fight.

A lot of unknowns, i'm looking forward to a chaotic fight

Ya man, I took DDP at underdog odds months ago as well. Small bet though. But ya DDP has fought all the top guys on his run in the UFC. And I agree with your points that Khamzat has looked shaky at times and that his wins aren't big statements in his favour.

seems like everyone likes DDP

seems like everyone likes DDP

Betting line suggests otherwise

Yeah, I'd bet on Khamzat if I had a gun to my head.

I only see DDP winning by decision.

Charles Oliveira reflects on his loss to Ilia Topuria

UFC going to stream exclusively on Paramount+ starting in 2026. 7 year deal.

Pretty awesome news. No more PPVs.

Finally! As someone that has been living in Latam for the past years, getting to watch UFC conveniently on ESPN+ on streaming services (Diseny+, before it was Star+), it was quite the fracking tilting experience to be in Vegas during the WSOP/UFC 317, bust the PLO Championship, elect not to go check out UFC 317 live because I was tilted, but nonetheless seek out a bar where to watch it, spend a couple of hours doing so to nil fracking results 😡😡😡 It seemed pretty absurd to be a couple of blocks away from the venue where the event was being held live, but unable to get to watch it live from the convenience of any casino, while I can do so anywhere to my convenience when I am located a few thousand kms away in LATAM :roll eyes:

seems like a meh deal for UFC....ESPN is never gonna promote it anymore

guess growth was kinda maxed out for UFC anyway

good for the fans to pay $15 for everything though

Looks like I will have to get that.

DDP/Khamzat is finally here. Let's go.

Surprised TKO stock up 10% today, it was known UFC was gonna get around 1B in the new deal

edit: all the PPVs are gonna be on CBS now? wow

Dana made out like a bandit at a good time

I'll take Chimaev to destroy him. Something along the lines of Jones/Gane, Topuria/Oliveira, Izzy/Paulo. I've loved DDP's rise, but I think he's going to blink. A malfunction.

What do we know about this Aaron Pico guy? Seems really strange for the books to have him as an almost -200 favorite against an undefeated Lerone when he [Pico] doesn't have a single win against anyone that's ever made it to the UFC.

What am I missing?

He was a stud prospect going into Bellator even before he arrived there. He ended up losing his debut and had a shaky start before becoming a winning fighter and a star there. He comes from a wrestling background and has good boxing with KO power.

The Patchy Mix UFC debut where he hugely sh*t the bed after coming in with alot of hype and alot of people picking him to win and be the next title contender does have me more skepitcal of Bellator stars debuting in the UFC. Murphy is an undefeated guy. He isn't as exciting and have the hype that bigger name guys have, but he is still a winning fighter.

yeah I don't even know how he started in bellator instead of UFC but people were saying he was the lebron of MMA when he came up, I remember dillashaw said he would be a future champ before his first fight

I wana see this fight tonight. Guy is screamin allah wakbar all over my youtube feed lol, lemme check this out

Khamzat gonna roll thru DDP
