People R/C shoves with MID suited connectors (ie 98s)
I Play on GG (...) And in the recent days Ive seen more and more GUYS raise-calling with MID suited connectors, like 76s-98s, even to 15BB shoves, Ive checked the stats and they're like 40% against AT-AK, not to mention an overpairs. Is this a new fad or am I doing sth wrong with my Play?

Today i got raise_called by 54s and 32s, both over 10bb, i won both so im not whining but WTF

People will be 3-bet raising preflop with SC's in order to balance their 3-bet range.
People will also call raises with SC's especially OTB for positional reasons and in the BB for price reasons and because they are last to act.
One hand I played in Rebuy Stars Luka in Prague had a raise UTG a call I called with 44 and then several more calls including the BTN SB and BB. The flop came 456r and it checked to me (I had about 115,000 chips) and I bet 12,000 into a pot that was about 22,000 or so. There was a fold and a call and then the BTN went all in for like 175,000. SB folded BB went all in for about 37,000 and it folded back to me. I tank folded. I think I would have called if I had 66 and probably 55. The turn was a 5 and the river a 7. BTN had 32s and the BB had 73s. So I would have gone deep. The BTN was one of the best players I have ever played against in tournaments. So I learned something.

And Yes, i totally see how low SCs can be playable post, i just dont understand why my shoves pre are being raise called with ones. It started last week. I think ppl are mimicking others with no odds im mind
