The capital D of defending is hard to explain but it could be cover for normalising the phrase, in caps, "Heritage and Homeland" and we all know who those letters appeal to.

D is the 4th letter in the alphabet and A is the first=14, same as the amount of words in the post. The 14 words is a known neo Nazi quote from some scumbag, I forget who, but may have been one of the murderers of Alan Berg in the 80s, but I'm not certain. Note how capital A & H are also beside each other and as you pointed out we know what the HH can mean.
If you change the capital letters to numbers you get 14 88- the 14 words HH.
