Complaint regarding Pokerstars tournament tickets

I had won two $109 tournament tickets.
However, these could not be redeemed as there were no tournaments available to redeem them.
Sunday million apparently no longer exists.
I pointed this out to customer service several times via chat and email and asked for a solution.
For example, exchanging them for usable tournament dollars or cash dollars.
However, they did not solve this problem and my ticket, which was valid until 21.7.2025, has now expired without me being able to use it.
Very bad and disappointing.
I would still like to have it paid out.
12 years ago, in my opinion, Pokerstars was still much better in terms of player pool, offer, rakeback, customer service, etc. You can't even reply to emails anymore as they are no-reply and constantly text replies from chat and bot.
