Good spot to attack capped ranges, or would it be spew?
2/3/5 NL, effective stacks $800
Hero should have tight image, has been at this table 45 minutes.
V1 40's Indian unknown rec with big stack ($2000), talking with confidence about the game, but does not seem like a formidable player. He is mocking other people for looking at opponents during hands, and for tanking, and basically saying none of it is necessary because the game is simple.
V2 40's Hispanic unknown rec.
H opens in LJ $20 Ac9c.
V1 in HJ calls.
V2 in CO calls.
($63) Qd 7h 3c
H $30
V1 calls.
V2 calls.
($153) Js
H checks.
V1 bets $60.
V2 calls.
H???
V1 (given V1's small turn bet). and V2 seem to have capped ranges. Can H check raise here and credibly rep AA/KK/QQ/JJ, and get range folds from both villains?
If so, what should the raise amount be?

Grunch from descriptions alone:
V1 unknown rec
V2 unknown rec
It would be spew. Even if their ranges are legit capped, until you know that they can fold 2nd pair or TPWK, it doesn't much matter what you rep, even if they can follow your line enough to figure it out.
OK, off to read hand.
Post grunch: It would be spew. V2 is capped, but no evidence that means he won't sigh/call. V1 is not particularly capped... and we have no evidence so far that he can hand read well enough to know what you're repping. Plus I doubt you credibly rep that. Would you really go for a c/r when your Vs have been so passive and board is pretty dry? I'd go b/b/b with those hands against these Vs on this board, personally.
I prefer you having a fd/st8d when doing this.
That way you have equity along with fold equity instead of doing it with pure bluffs.
Think its better to check flop. As played easy fold on turn.

"No," is the answer to your question. Sorry. There's another thread today or yesterday talking about a particular Persian villain type finding it unmanly to fold and/or not wanting to be embarrassed by being bluffed. IME, as described, just go ahead and throw V1 in that bucket too.
Abuse the f#&* out this type with your value though. Which, to be clear, H doesn't have here.

I tanked. I wanted to raise. V1 looked a little tense. I chickened out anyway. River was Kd. V1 bets $60. V2 calls. V1 shows QTo and wins the pot.
Don't cbet here or these dry boards mw in general with air. Especially in the bay area (assuming from the 3 blind structure) might be the best games in the US. Definitely not making a play on the turn here with air.
I would not recommend pure airballing any spot where you're putting your opponents' on capped ranges just because they took a singular passive action in the hand, and especially not on Q73r.
Also especially not multiway against described player types.
Grunch -
So, before I even get past the read on V1, I hate him, and want to stack him.
PRE - Opening A9s from MP is okay.
I generally hate open-limping, but with Rupee Rick on our left, I might start limping, because I don't expect any of our raises to get through him often enough, and once he calls, we can expect others to come along, because why wouldn't they all want a piece of this guy?
If we're going to have a limping range from MP, the worst suited aces seem like good limping hands, so...yeah, I might open limp here, and if this guy raises and gets multiple callers, I'll put in an obnoxiously large back-raise, because what's he going to do?
FLOP - Why are we c-betting into these guys, on this board? Our hand is barely strong enough to call if someone bets 10% pot, and I'd snap fold to 25%. Just check and see what happens. They'll tell us what they have with their actions.
TURN - Wait, wut? Are you seriously thinking about x/r'ing with air here? I want pics of the truck that carries your balls around. It must be one of those earth-mover types with the tires that are taller than a man.
For cripes sake, no, do not raise. Just fold and move on.
