European welfare systems

You make it sound like Europe has some welfare system for its constituents.

Oh, I thought it meant after Trump was inaugurated.

In that case, war had already started in Iran, so the prediction makes no sense.

If your view is that those strikes = war, your view is also that US is still at war with Iran? bold take cotton

yes?

I can easily see martial law in our future.

color me shocked

by chillrob

How do you figure that? More than 10% of recipients get over $6000 per year in benefits.

That's CBO estimate (they need to estimate that to estimate how much it costs)

I can't believe you guys think Trump's administration will cut medicare and medicaid. He PROMISED he wouldn't.

He had lived in the US since he was 7 years old.

Does anyone think that he wouldn't have gotten into the university (where his father was a professor) if that box hadn't been checked?

Does anyone want to claim they did nothing worse than checking an (arguably) incorrect box when they were 17?

I just think he pretended to be black. And if he didn't even need to do it, because of his father, then that's even worse by a lot.

Btw this joins a long list of proven lies , it's a track record. Remember we discussed him lying in his naturalization form. That's why it's relevant.

Lucy, if your kid goes to riot and you are the ranking officer and law is kill them all, you would have no problem with that right?

(completely off topic, thought about that the other day).

I'm truly baffled by the UK lot. Weird bunch. Can't quite figure out why they care so much, but I think my Indian UK citizen pro trader friend believes in caste systems and secretly wants to be a US Elite

Many different flavorts of US politics enjoyoooors. I think the main motivation is wishing their country was the US

lol you couldn’t be further from the truth. US exceptionalism alive and well.

I have nfi about your stupid Indian UK pro trader who likes caste systems but don’t you think that it’s useful to see what’s happening in the US because it usually foretells what will happen here. I expected you to know that but it seems your national hubris got in the way. When push comes to shove libs are just as much patriotic jingoistic flag shaggers as conservatives.

I find the whole topic silly, and I know the only reason you talk about it is because deep down you think it will serve your racitst filth agenda.
But kinda related, I know some people (more than one and literally on topic) that have mixed parents, and often consider themselves not like the apparent color they were given at birth.
It is very real, and who am I (or you) to tell them better?

to;dr most of the rest of the world think your country is a real shite hole full of ignorant arrogant arseholes.

You realize he wasn't american when he submitted his application right?

He's lived in NYC since he was seven, WTF are you going on about?

My family comes first, above and beyond the state, i never stated i have a stronger allegiance to the state than i have to my own blood. I am not a communist like some of you guys.

The state is a tool among others which i accept because i think on average it furthers the interest of my blood. The beginning and end of all morality if what benefit my bloodline, as i have already stated repeatedly. There is nothing else.

That said, if a portion of my own blood behaves badly and get punished, i accept that is a consequence of real life existing. I wouldn't be happy, and i would feel i failed parenting for that kid if i didn't convey the message that you should never risk your life for strangers ever, because you are more important and morally valuable inherently than people outside your bloodline.

I accept i incur the risk of failure, i am human after all.

The above is if the ranking officer is someone else ofc.

If the question is what i would personally do, lololol i would plunder the state with no remorse to benefit my family, as i would with everything that exists, there is no moral outside that. Ofc thinking long term: but the only reason i wouldn't abuse power to benefit me or my relatives is because getting caught is too probable and/or by delayng the abuse i would be able to abuse more later on. I would never order to kill my child (unless it is to save 2+ of my children).

THERE IS NO INHERENT MORALITY OTHER THAN FAMILY INTEREST.

That doesn't make you an american. He was naturalized in 2018.

Being of african origins doesn't make you an african american ffs! you know i am right, stop pretending otherwise.

Suicide doesn't enter my picture at all in the slightest, that's for failed people. Not for my bloodline

Wtf, his mother is black.

Wait a minute, black blood for you means african???

Wtf, his mother is black.

No she has 2 indian parents.

Her father, Amrit Lal Nair, was an officer of the Indian Administrative Service, and her mother, Praveen Nair, was a social worker.

Why do you lie about everything all the time?

black blood means black ancestors. Mamdani has none. 4 indian granparents

Why not? If suicide would help your bloodline you’d be all over it apparently.

Yeh there seem to be a language problem here.
Indians range from light tan to black.(and yes white too)
I guess you have some other metrics you go by.
