Why are we only raising to 2bb preflop?
Given stats and assuming this is a fishy club with a min vpip requirement I don’t mind 4b this hand for value as an exploit. Calling the 3b is standard though.
I don’t like potting this flop. We need more than just a naked NFD to do so. If you had top pair and a FD maybe. Check call flop. You can go crazy with pair plus FD but not naked FD.

PLO we either open full pot or limp. We don’t min open.
We only limp in ante games and min vpip games.
Our hand isn’t strong enough to lead this flop or XR. It is strong enough however to call a bet and benefits greatly from seeing a turn. We can not only turn the nuts but also turn massive combo draws as well that can have us outright ahead or at worst flipping vs better made hands. We don’t wanna be blown off this equity or opportunity to see a turn.
