I'm a 5. I have to beg for 6's and pay for 7's. This should give me more street cred, not less. If I was a perfect 10 who could get whoever I want my judgement of what's hot or not would be extremely skewed. So as a 5 if I tell you Kobe/Lebron's wife is meh--like I would only have sex with them if I was bored and there was nothing on TV--that should hold some weight.

I’m a 5. You are insane, on every level, assuming you are not trolling.

1st image could almost pass as Prince.

If he were a sailor.

The way I see it, three things can happen (it's not exactly as straightforward as this but it's not far off):- He sits out, they lose, but can reload next year- He plays, injures himself, they lose and it alters the entire trajectory of the franchise- He plays, doesn't injure himself, and they have the best chance they'll ever get of winning a title.I don't know what the chance

And they still could win if he goes down. Someone mentioned they were probably going to sub him out next stoppage. Just terrible luck.

Considering it’s 99.999% the best and only chance they’ll ever chip, you have to roll the dice or else go into podcasting and coaching HS. Flags fly forever. And he’s got a statue and lifetime contract guaranteed in Indy now.

Certainly any star player, especially on that kind of sun run, would have to be restrained in the locker room to not play a game 7. Absolutely no guarantees you ever make it back, ask Barkley & Dan Marino about that.

If they’d sat him and lost they’d be in even worse than they are now imo. At least the fans have that fifteen minutes or so where they were all screaming at each it’s really going to happen.

No such things in 1982. That’s a Black Sabbath Mob Rules tour t-shirt around my neck.

Blazers trading for Jrue so that they can flip him twice in three years is pretty funny. Presti would love it.

Must be all in on SCOOT.

by Banzai-

As opposed to how much of the game he would've played if he sat out?

Pacers had around a 25% chance to win pregame. What do you thinks their chances would have dropped to if he sat? I'm guessing to something like 15%.

by Onlydo2days

Simons is a FA in a year so might just be a salary dump

Jrue contract is about 10M too much but meh, not sure what else Portland can spend it on and he's still a quality player

Under the circumstances, this seems like like a good Celtics. Jrue is a great guy, and still an above average, albeit diminished, defender. But he seems almost totally cooked on the offensive end. He has a big contract for a guy who is likely to be a net negative on offense next year.

RIP to Boston.

"And honestly, right now, torn Achilles and all I don't regret it. I'd do it again, and again after that, to fight for this city and my brothers. For a chance to do something special"-Tyrese, yesterday

Yeah, it would've taken a gun to keep him off that court (although in fairness that was post-op, so it may have been the hydrocodone talking)

Are you kidding me right now. You were dripping with sex appeal in your prime. You're ****ing white prince! You don't know what a 5 is.

The Wizards and Pelicans, two terrible teams, made a trade today that was terrible for both sides.

NBA: Where Amazing Happens

Unicorn’s salary dumped

Brooklyn now currently owns picks No. 8, 19, 22, 26 and 27 in Wednesday's draft.

Nets could feature an ALL-ROOKIE STARTING FIVE!

The NBA thinks tanking is a problem. These bull **** trades mostly for money reasons or disgruntled star reasons are the real problem in the NBA.

The new CBA is a mess to navigate. Basically can’t justify committing money to anyone but superstars going forward.

I'm sure it's been suggested by many others before. But, the second apron should not apply to players drafted by a team.

In the Celtics case, Tatum and Brown's salaries shouldn't count towards a second apron calculation. Porzingas, Holiday, and White would count since the Celtics traded for those guys.

That would allow teams to draft, develop, and keep their top players. If Minnesota traded Karl Anthony Townsend primarily for financial reasons, that's bad for the league. Likewise, Oklahoma City shouldn't be forced to break up their mostly drafted championship team in a few years.

I like that the new CBA is preventing player-created superteams (like the early '10s Miami Heat). But, it's an awful side effect to have more organically created teams fall apart so shortly after they peak.

The they had more chance of winning getting 7 minutes out of him than they did getting zero.

Also I think it's lower than 15% with him not playing

And even if it is, you risk an Achilles injury for 10% ring equity any day of the week.

Didn’t Silver explicitly say it was to create parity and make it more like DA NFL?

Trading long term connections with players for “anyone could win” every year. Not sure that’s the best approach when the NBA is so player driven.

Eat **** Barnacle Boy.

DraftKings odds to win 2026 ECF

Cleveland +260
Knicks +290
Orlando +550
Boston +550

Umm, are we not paying attention to what is happening with the Celtics at all?

Legitimately think Detroit might be the #4 team in the East next season.

The Knacks don't even have a coach. Carl Braun ain't walking through that door.

Yeah, everyone sleeping on Detroit when they were a legit LOLNBARefs away from taking the Knicks to at least a probably game 7 if not beating them.
