He is probably losing water weight from walking more than he usually did in the past 12 months and that he's not laying around in his hotel bed all day long now. The "weightlifting" he is doing is basically a cardio routine with weights, but I doubt he is doing 25 rep sets and taking 20-30 second breaks which what is supposed to be done with that type of workout from the Men's Health magazine.
Yeah, he is working on his glutes with the kettle bell, but having a tight butt, which is all that the kettle squats and lunges are doing for him, should be the least of the concerns.

Fat Zach essentially just gorges on as much free food as possible at the EDR twice a day then sits down in his food coma while dealing cards at a mediocre pace. He’s just sleeping with his eyes open as his body and brain are in low battery saver mode all day. Then he proceeds to give us boring updates of his life in his daily low effort vlogs. Rinse n Repeat. Another video that begins with him saying “Alright” in his typical lethargic daze awaits us tomorrow.

Trooper can’t do a pull up don’t go crazy. He can do max 10 pushups and that’s being generous. Most of his haters prob can do a pull up, but most are also prob 40+ years old, there aren’t young trooper fans to where it’s really an insult.
