[QUOTE=Crossnerd]
Is there any argument to say for the left since they are so war crazy in the Russian/Ukraine war such that they don't want to come to the negotiation table at all and would rather see Putin defeated but is there any argument now for those that were on the fence or slightly against what Israel had done in Gaza that they are now fully onboard with Israel given their hatred of Russia and Russia's official stance of backing Iran? Or is this a case that people are happy with Russia's position that they will take a neutral role in this war and will give Russia a pass over this?
Israeli air defense seems completely incapable of stopping these missiles at this point.
It doesn't matter at this point. For each missile that comes through it is just one more towards the target that will see the US get involved. Netanyahu at this point knows that is the ace he has up his sleeve to call on Trump and Netanyahu and Trump will say it isn't an attack on Iran but self-defence and then completely turn many parts of Tehran into rubble but sure enjoy your victories now
its very enjoyable but Iran may be running out of missiles. Inshallah it continues until Israel stops murdering starving children for fun and profit.

Yeah...
It is a week since Israel began its largest attack ever on Iran, and in conventional military terms it is clear that Tehran is under extreme pressure. Israel has been able to achieve superiority over Iran’s skies at extraordinary speed, within hours of launching its surprise assault. Its military claimed on Monday to have knocked out 120 Iranian air defence systems through a mixture of air and drone strikes – about a third of Tehran’s pre-war total.
Yeah...
The sheer speed of ballistic missiles makes them dangerous weapons and a number – about 10% – continue to evade Israel’s sophisticated air defences, including a strike on the Soroka Medical Center in the southern city of Beersheba on Thursday that wounded 76. But the munitions mostly do not appear to be effectively targeted at Israel’s military-industrial complex, aside from an attack on the refinery at Haifa in northern Israel on Sunday that led to the shutting down of the facilities there.
Israel has been able to achieve superiority over Iran’s skies
this is highly questionable

IDF famously never lies. but even if true, who cares? Iran is hitting Israel every few hours. they clearly have enough launching ability left for now.
Stop getting your info from Tankie X vic. Iran isn't doing well at all in this conflict with much of their top military brass shuffled off the ole mortal coil. Same with their nuke scientists. As you said their missiles are depleting. Israel's aren't. Hope inshallah all ya like. Right now, it looks suspiciously like the Iranian regime is getting their theocratic arses well and truly kicked 90 ways to Sunday.
Still there's always their proxies.
Oh wait...
if things were going so great for Israel they wouldnt be begging the USA to step in
Trump has announced the US will take no direct action in the next 2 weeks against Iran, and focus on negotiating. Probably his expectation is there will be a nuclear deal in the next couple weeks, so the US wont ever get directly involved at all. Israel for its part will probably continue to degrade the regime as much as possible in the interim while hoping to continue to ru
Similar to what happened with Syria under Obama, Trump is testing to see how much consent he can manufacture before proceeding. Newsmax, which is rabidly pro-Israel, seems to be 100% on board, while Fox pundits are offering minimal resistance. The only thing holding CNN back is that they are in reflexive anti-Trump mode.
In comments sections, WSJ has much more push back than usual, while Yahoo is overwhelmingly critical despite Israel's $150 million influence campaign.
The TACO trend may be pushing Trump in the wrong direction, however.
well no that's just factually incorrect. winning or losing having the usa directly join is a huge positive for them...
keep coping
victor is so down the rabbit hole he can't understand why a winning isreal would want the usa to join to secure the win faster and get global support.
It must be because their losing!! like what logic is this?
If the us joins iran collapses the next day and many Israel lives are saved. You gotta put yourself in the pov of the evil jews every now and then to understand victor. this just shows you can't see their pov or them as people

I think though that the claim "Israel does not have a way to destroy the centrifuges that are underground" is uncontroversial.
So they cannot win , they cannot achieve the stated goal of destroying Iran nuclear weapon program, alone.
In a world where having nukes means a nuclear superpower won't declare war on you, Iran should absolutely get nukes.
absolutely from their pov. But they failed time to wave the white flag. I completely understand why they tried and keep trying. there's no morals in the world its all about power this is the cold hard facts
From my western atheist pov keeping nukes out of terrorist theocracy's is great. The less new nukes the better.

We should maybe address the theocratic pariah ethnostate that currently has nukes and a license to bomb any of its neighbors under any pretext.

I mean ya its certainly a big deal for sure. However I doubt iran is willing to be bombed for years and decades to complete it they were likely set back. Having the usa in that situation is key but getting armaments from them like they already do might be enough. Obviously you want as much insurance to increase your chance of achieving your goals that was the entire point of my post
Not really, as the Israelis don't seem to have lost any aircraft.
IDF famously never lies. but even if true, who cares? Iran is hitting Israel every few hours. they clearly have enough launching ability left for now.
The quote only applied to air defence systems, though. Russia supplied Iran with S-400s in January, but, despite their advance billing as the world's best, they can't seem to deal with F-35s.
where did you see this? their officials said the opposite throughout the last few days. the refuse to negotiate under fire.
Eh that's just them being windy.

A regional diplomat close to Tehran said Araghchi had told Witkoff that Tehran “could show flexibility in the nuclear issue” if Washington pressured Israel to end the war
And I'll at a reuters link in case you retort with some "lying Jews" spiel

also israel will be a majority non religious state or already are in 1 generation.
In 100 years iran will still be following cringe islamic laws if left to their own devices.
Who do you want to have a nuclear weapon?
"While there isn't a precise figure for the number of atheists in Israel, studies suggest that a significant portion of the population, particularly among Jewish Israelis, identifies as secular or non-religious, with some specifically identifying as atheists or agnostics. One poll indicates that 65% of Israelis identify as either not religious or convinced atheists. A more specific survey found that 45% of Israeli Jews over 20 identified as secular or not religious."
lol at israel being a theocracy
Israel has left religion in the past where it belongs when it comes to decision making. iran uses it as a pretext to nuke jews
Eh that's just them being windy.

so anonymous sources confirmed that they are not "begging for a ceasefire" and in fact refuse to negotiate under fire.

In Iran these girls would face arrest for committing the heinous crime of dancing in public.
You go girls. May the day come that you dance to your heart's content without consequence
